南宋孝宗朝扬州城池建设考——兼论地方视野下的“孝宗恢复”

【摘要】：南宋孝宗意主"恢复"的政治取向,并非只停留在中央的人事变动与政治言说上,于地方上也有直接体现。扬州是南宋时期宋金对峙背景下江淮区域的军事重镇,孝宗时期扬州的城池建设,其次数之多、规模之大、持续时间之长,在整体上超过了宋代其他时期。这是"孝宗恢复"背景下,地方积极因应中央政策的具体表现。但地方与中央的举措并非完全同步与合拍,实际亦有脱节之处;两相对照,地方上人事任用及军政举措的连续性更强,而所谓孝宗"末年之政",主要是针对中央层面而言的。
[Abstract]:The political orientation of "restoration" of filial piety in the Southern Song Dynasty is not only in the personnel changes and political statements of the central government, but also directly reflected in the local areas. Yangzhou is an important military town in Jiang-Huai area under the background of the confrontation between Song and Jin dynasties in the Southern Song Dynasty, and the construction of Yangzhou in Xiaozong period was more frequent, larger in scale and longer in duration than other periods in Song Dynasty on the whole. This is under the background of "filial piety recovery", the concrete performance of local active response to the central policy. However, the measures of local and central authorities are not completely synchronized and in harmony, but there are also disjointed points in fact. By contrast, the continuity of local personnel appointment and military and administrative measures is stronger, and the so-called filial piety "the late years of government" is mainly aimed at the central level.
