四川烹饪文化溯源——三星堆文物与古蜀国食虫文化探秘

【摘要】:饮食文化是一切文化的基石,一个民族的食物特征决定其文化色彩,博物馆中的许多文物造型反映着烹饪文化特征。蚕丛时代,以"蚕"为代表的古蜀国昆虫烹饪原料、食虫文化光照千秋,古蜀国食虫文化对人类的生存发展有重要的启迪意义。
[Abstract]:Food culture is the cornerstone of all cultures. The food characteristics of a nation determine its cultural color. Many cultural relics in the museum reflect the culinary culture characteristics. In the age of Silkworm Crouch, the ancient Shu insect cooking material represented by "Silkworm", and the illumination of insect eating culture for thousands of years, the ancient Shu cannibalism culture has important enlightening significance for the survival and development of human beings.
