外朝化与边缘化:中国古代光禄勋研究——以秦汉魏晋为主体

【摘要】：“由内向外”的发展嬗变是中国古代“近官”演变的基本特征之一。光禄勋作为秦汉近官之一,在历史上也不无例外地表现出了外朝化的过程与特征。光禄勋的外朝化即指其从宫禁走向外廷,外化为九卿与三公的过程。汉晋光禄勋,即秦及汉初之郎中令,其本职为给事禁中,侍卫、顾问天子,并总领从官。汉武帝以来,光禄勋开始从宫禁走向朝廷,管理、培训、调补郎官的职责渐重,期门、羽林渐为专门的皇家御林军,逐渐脱离了光禄勋的管理体系;东汉中后期以来,衍生出来了专门领兵征战的东、西、南、北四中郎将和诸杂号中郎将,它们一般以征伐为己任,名虽同,而职迥殊,不复隶属于光禄勋。光禄勋于东汉完成了由内及外的外朝化进程,作为九卿之一,典选、调补
[Abstract]:The development and evolution of "from the inside to the outside" is one of the basic features of the evolution of the "near official" in ancient China.
