[Abstract]:Meng Dan creatively applied the concepts of "image" and "cluster" in his study of Chinese classical philosophy. The interpretation scheme based on these two concepts is not only suitable for displaying the characteristics of Chinese philosophy, but also more simple than the new attempts of contemporary western philosophy such as metaphor, poetic philosophy, image rhetoric, different extension and so on. It has the prospect of further development and refinement in philosophy. In fact, the concepts of "image" and "cluster" reveal or reflect not the entity or ontology in the sense of traditional western philosophy, but the "inter-entity (interality)", that is, the reality of non-entity. Although there are no examples of intermonism or interiority in the early literature and no explicit efforts to abstract intersubjectivity into philosophical categories, the use of the word "interspace" in classical literature is by no means rare. It is the core concern of classical Chinese philosophy that how to understand and deal with the present state of intersex and how to follow and construct the ideal condition of intersex. It is the interfacial perspective contained in the concepts of "image" and "cluster" that makes Chinese sages develop a philosophical path and discourse system different from that of the West.
