【摘要】：现存的回鹘文买卖契约分土地买卖与人口买卖两种,主要出土于新疆吐鲁番地区,其内容涉及土地私有制、私人占有奴隶、农村经济以及当地各民族的文化关系等问题,是一批珍贵的宋元时代的史料。
[Abstract]:The existing Uighur contract of sale is divided into two types: land sale and human purchase, mainly unearthed in the Turpan region of Xinjiang. Its contents involve land private ownership, private possession of slaves, rural economy and the cultural relations of the local nationalities, etc. It is a group of precious historical materials of the Song and Yuan dynasties.
