曹元弼《丧服例》疑义辨正

【摘要】：曹元弼《丧服例》是其《礼经学·明例》中的重要一篇,但笔者根据《丧服》经注和《礼记》经注,认为其中"凡大夫之妻於族亲以尊降,妾不得体君,不降""凡女子子未嫁者逆降旁亲及将出者,惟昆弟不逆降"和"子为母,妻为夫之父母,皆亲亲兼尊尊之从服"三条义例并不能成立。
[Abstract]:Cao Yuanbi's funeral dress is an important article in his study of the Ming Dynasty, but according to the notes of the mourning Sutra and the Book of Rites, the author thinks that "where the doctor's wife is respected by his relatives, his concubine is not appropriate to the king." No, "all women who have not married the next relatives, but not the Quentin defiant" and "son as the mother, the wife is the husband's parents, both kiss and respect for the obedience of the three laws can not be established."
