从归化城副都统衙门档案谈清代旅蒙贸易及部票制度

【摘要】：入清以后,蒙古与新疆地区渐次进入清朝版图。在清廷的允许下,大批商人前往蒙古和新疆地区经商。乾隆时期,清廷制定了"部票"制度,管理商人的贸易活动。本文主要运用归化城副都统衙门档案,首先探讨商人部票的颁发,进而讨论商人持"部票"经商的流程与实态,最后分析商人申领照票档案的基本内容,希冀以此增进对清代旅蒙贸易具体情形的认识与理解。
[Abstract]:After the Qing Dynasty, Mongolia and Xinjiang gradually entered the territory of the Qing Dynasty. With the permission of the Qing government, a large number of businessmen went to Mongolia and Xinjiang to do business. During the Qianlong period, the Qing Dynasty formulated the "partial vote" system to manage the trading activities of businessmen. This article mainly uses the naturalized city deputy capital to control the Yamen file, first discusses the merchant part ticket issue, then discusses the merchant holds the "partial ticket" the business process and the actual condition, finally analyzes the merchant to apply for the license ticket file the basic content, It is hoped that this will enhance the understanding of the specific situation of trade in Mongolia in Qing Dynasty.
