从古人求医心态看古代民间医人水平

【摘要】：所谓“福医”、“时医”指的是历史上一些主要依靠“运势”从事医疗的民间医人,其医术不高,但却往往是患者的首选,患者更多地期冀以其运气而非医术治疗自己的疾病。这种现象产生的根源一在于古代医人整体水平长期徘徊于一个比较平庸的层面,使得患者既离不开医人,又在求医过程中怀有强烈的侥幸心理和神秘主义观念;二在于古代医人的水平缺乏客观权威衡量标准,助长了患者择医时的撞大运心理。这一现象贯穿于唐以来的中国历史。在缺乏详尽医案史料的情况下,以民众求医心理为切入点,可以使我们大致把握古代民间医人的整体水平,并且对古代民众生活质量有进一步的了解。
[Abstract]:The so-called "Fu Yi", "Shi Yi" refers to some folk medical practitioners who mainly rely on "fortune" in the history of medical treatment. Their medical skills are not high, but they are often the first choice of patients. Patients expect their luck rather than medical skill to treat their own diseases. The origin of this phenomenon lies in the fact that the whole level of ancient medical treatment lingered on a relatively mediocre level for a long time, which made patients can not only treat people, but also have strong fluke psychology and mysticism in the course of seeking medical treatment. The other is that the level of ancient medical treatment lacks objective and authoritative standard, which encourages patients to choose medical treatment. This phenomenon runs through the history of China since the Tang Dynasty. In the absence of detailed medical records, taking the psychology of people seeking medical treatment as the breakthrough point, we can roughly grasp the overall level of ancient folk medicine, and have a further understanding of the quality of life of the ancient people.
