清代乡约制度在甘肃循化厅的推行

【摘要】：甘肃循化厅乡约设置始于清朝平定青海蒙古罗卜藏丹津之乱后,随即以"口内各族"向"口外各族"推广。其间,乡约制度的推广借助于少数民族基层组织形式,取得了快速的发展,并根据地方社会的特点设立了寺约、集约等多种形式。但其推广的不彻底性与不完整性,则使这一响应国家政权建设而向下层社会渗透的半政权化组织,并未能有效地辅助国家权力在区域社会发挥应有的作用。
[Abstract]:The setting of Xunhuatting Township in Gansu Province began in Qing Dynasty, after the chaos of Mongolian Robzang Dan Jin in Qinghai Province, it was popularized to all nationalities outside the mouth by "all nationalities within the mouth". In the meantime, the promotion of the rural covenant system has obtained rapid development by means of the basic organization form of the minority nationality, and has established the temple constitution, the intensive and so on according to the characteristic of the local society. However, its lack of thoroughness and incompleteness makes the semi-regime organization, which pervades the lower society in response to the construction of the state power, can not effectively assist the state power to play its due role in the regional society.
