从官箴看清代州县治理思想

【摘要】：清代对州县治理的重视超过了以往任何一个朝代,出现了大量有关州县治理的官箴书。清代官箴书的内容极其丰富,凡是州县官施政遇到的问题,官箴书中大多能够涉及,其所体现的州县治理思想表现在:重视州县政权和州县官在国家治理中的重要作用,强调以民为本、关注民生,注意施政环境的建立与处理以及注重清廉谨慎、勤政尽职的为政操守和为官实践。
[Abstract]:The Qing Dynasty attached more importance to state and county governance than any previous dynasty, and a large number of official proverbs about state and county governance appeared. The contents of the official proverbs in Qing Dynasty are extremely rich. Most of the problems encountered in the administration of state and county officials can be dealt with. The thought of state and county governance embodied in the thought of state and county governance is as follows: attach importance to the important role of state and county government and county officials in national governance, emphasize the people-oriented, pay attention to the establishment and treatment of the administrative environment, and pay attention to clean and prudent, diligent and due diligence for government conduct and official practice.
