【摘要】：正提拔官员重民意,不独为当下热词,古代官场也很重视。在我国,官场重视民意由来已久。尧舜禹时期就是一个"公推公选"领导的时代,但那是原始社会,即使在封建社会,无论是两汉推行的"察举制",还是魏晋南北朝的"九品中正制","民意"在提拔官员中分量不容忽视,甚至在魏晋南北朝时期,还出现了一个专门品评各级官员的"清议"阶层。他们以儒家的伦理道德为依据,臧否人物。即使你身无分文,如果受到"清议"大腕们的表扬,那么恭喜你,你很有可能去朝廷当官了;相反,为官者一旦触犯清议,便会丢官免
