【摘要】:BPA是典型的内分泌干扰物,因大量生产与广泛使用已对水环境造成严重污染,所以对其污染的治理已引起人们的关注。吸附法因具有成本低廉、操作简便、吸附效率高、二次污染风险小等优势,已成为应用最广的BPA处理方法之一。因此,研究设计新型高性能吸附材料已成为该领域的研究热点。POSS基纳米杂化材料通常具有较大的比表面积、优良的热稳定性和化学稳定性、环境友好、易于剪裁等特点,可作为潜在的理想吸附材料。因此,本论文利用具有分子水平杂化结构的POSS纳米颗粒,制备得到一系列POSS基有机-无机杂化材料,并考察其对BPA的吸附性能,主要包括以下内容:1.以不同比例的乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(EGDMA)、八乙烯基笼型倍半硅氧烷(OV-POSS)为共交联剂,分别以丙烯酰胺(AM)、甲基丙烯酸(MAA)为功能单体,以BPA为模板分子,采用自由基聚合法制备POSS基印迹杂化材料。利用红外(FT-IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、热失重(TGA)对其结构进行表征,证实POSS成功引入到聚合物中,且POSS的引入提高了聚合物基体的热稳定性。通过吸附动力学、静态吸附及选择性吸附表明:POSS的引入可以改善聚合物基体的吸附速率及容量,分别以1-M-A(POSS用量为5%,AM为功能单体)和5-M-M(POSS用量为5%,MAA为功能单体)为最好,30min内对BPA的去除率分别达95%、96%,且对BPA的识别能力明显高于其结构类似物。经Scatchard分析,材料1-M-A对BPA存在两种不同作用的识别位点,最大表观吸附容量分别为240.35μmol/g和440.08μmol/g。2.以碳纳米管为基材,通过酸化和酰胺化在其表面引入双键,然后与OV-POSS进行表面聚合,得到OV-POSS/MWCNTs杂化材料。利用FT-IR对其性能进行表征,证实POSS成功嫁接到CNTs表面。通过吸附动力学和静态吸附对其吸附性能进行评价,OV-POSS/MWCNTs在30 min内,对BPA的去除率已达97.5%,且吸附过程符合二级动力学模型。在吸附过程中,外部扩散为主要的控速步骤。3.以八氯丙基POSS和二联咪唑为关键中间体,经过季铵化反应,制备得到两种POSS基聚合离子液体,E-POSS-PIL和A-POSS-PIL。利用FT-IR、SEM、TGA对其性能进行表征,E-POSS-PIL为多面体结构,A-POSS-PIL为球型结构。并初步研究了E-POSS-PIL和A-POSS-PIL对BPA的吸附性能,结果表明E-POSS-PIL对BPA具有更高的吸附容量。
[Abstract]:BPA is a typical endocrine disrupting substance, because mass production and extensive use have caused serious pollution to the water environment, so the treatment of its pollution has attracted people's attention. Because of its low cost and simple operation, adsorption method is easy to operate. The advantages of high adsorption efficiency and low secondary pollution risk have become one of the most widely used BPA treatment methods. Research and design of novel high-performance adsorption materials has become a research hotspot in this field. Poss based nano-hybrid materials usually have a large specific surface area, excellent thermal and chemical stability, environmentally friendly. Therefore, POSS nanoparticles with molecular level hybrid structure are used in this paper. A series of organic-inorganic hybrid materials based on POSS were prepared and their adsorption properties for BPA were investigated. The main contents are as follows: 1. Using different proportion of ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EGDMAA) and octavinylcage-type silsesquioxane (OV-POSS) as co-crosslinking agent. Acrylamide (AM) and methacrylate (MAA) were used as functional monomers and BPA as template molecules respectively. The POSS based imprinted hybrid materials were prepared by free radical polymerization and their structures were characterized by FTIR, SEM and TGA. It was proved that POSS was successfully introduced into the polymer, and the thermal stability of the polymer matrix was improved by the introduction of POSS. The static adsorption and selective adsorption showed that the adsorption rate and capacity of the polymer matrix were improved by the introduction of 1: poss, with the dosage of 1-M-APOSS being 5%, respectively. The removal rates of BPA were 95% and 96% respectively in 30 minutes. The recognition ability of BPA was significantly higher than that of its structural analogues. By Scatchard analysis, there were two different recognition sites for BPA by 1-M-A. The maximum apparent adsorption capacities were 240.35 渭 mol/g and 440.08 渭 mol / g 路2, respectively. Carbon nanotubes were used as substrates and double bonds were introduced on the surface of carbon nanotubes by acidification and amidation. OV-POSS/MWCNTs hybrid materials were obtained by surface polymerization with OV-POSS and their properties were characterized by FT-IR. It was confirmed that POSS was grafted onto the surface of CNTs successfully. The adsorption performance of OV-POSS / MWCNTs was evaluated in 30 min by adsorption kinetics and static adsorption. The removal rate of BPA has reached 97.5%, and the adsorption process accords with the second-order kinetic model. Using octachloropropyl POSS and diimidazole as the key intermediates, two kinds of POSS based polymeric ionic liquids were prepared by quaternary ammonium reaction. E-POSS-PIL and A-POSS-PIL. the properties of E-POSS-PIL were characterized by FT-IRSS-SEMGA-TGA. The structure of E-POSS-PIL was polyhedron. The adsorption properties of E-POSS-PIL and A-POSS-PIL for BPA were studied. The results show that E-POSS-PIL has higher adsorption capacity for BPA.
