【摘要】:随着工业的快速发展,大气污染问题越来越突出,工业企业所排放的挥发性有机废气是造成大气污染的重要来源之一。随着工业废气的大量排放,大气环境质量逐渐恶化,给人们的生活带来了诸多不利的影响,同时也给人们的健康带来了危害,加强VOCs的处理与净化具有重要意义。电子产品制造行业挥发性有机污染物的特点是低浓度、大风量,属于比较难处理的废气,容易对周边环境和人体健康产生不利影响。本论文通过对苏州市电子产品制造相关企业进行调研,了解VOCs气体的危害,电子产品制造行业VOCs气体性质和产生的特点,重点对电子产品制造行业喷涂废气进行分析研究,针对性的提出电子产品制造行业VOCs处理对策,以便提高苏州市电子产品制造行业VOCs的治理水平,保护苏州市大气环境,提高苏州市人民的生活水平。通过查阅资料,搜集相关信息,了解VOCs的危害、目前VOCs处理技术;调研苏州市电子产品制造行业VOCs气体的种类,组成,排放特点、处理的技术、运行中存在的问题,在上述调研的基础上,归纳总结适合电子产品制造行业的处理方法;针对性的提出苏州市电子产品制造行业挥发性有机污染物处理对策。本论文通过对苏州市60家电子产品制造行业中喷涂工序在生产过程中产生的挥发性有机污染物进行调查研究,调查结果表明:目前喷涂工序中所使用的涂料主要有溶剂型涂料、水性涂料及UV涂料,其中溶剂型涂料在企业生产中所占的比例较大,使用的企业高达83.3%;企业所使用的原辅料主要有涂料、稀释剂、清洗剂等,这些原辅料在使用过程中都会产生VOCs。针对喷涂工序在生产过程中产生的VOCs,参考国内外相关资料防治,提出了源头控制+末端治理相结合的措施对电子制造产品产生的VOCs进行防治。在源头控制方面,使用粉末涂料、水性涂料、UV涂料、高固份涂料等清洁环保的原辅料,逐渐减少污染严重的溶剂型涂料的使用,从源头上减少VOCs的产生;在末端治理方面,推荐使用处理效果相对较好的活性炭吸附法、活性炭吸附法+RCO、沸石吸附法+RTO等处理措施,并对以上三种工艺的原理、及工艺要求等提出了相关要求,然后结合现实情况,对活性炭吸附法和活性炭吸附+RCO的两种处理方法建立了经济模型,以帮助电子产品制造企业选择合适的处理工艺,在确保达标排放的条件下,找出相对合适的投资费用和运行费用,节省企业投资。最后为了确保以上意见和建议能够实施并取得一定的效果,也从政府和企业的角度,对监测监管提出了相关要求。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of industry, air pollution has become more and more prominent, volatile organic compounds emissions of industrial enterprises is an important source of air pollution. With a large number of industrial emissions, atmospheric environmental quality deterioration, brings many adverse effects to people's life, but also brings harm to people's health and it is of great significance to strengthen the management of VOCs and purification. The characteristics of the electronic product manufacturing industry of volatile organic pollutants is low concentration, large volume, difficult to deal with the waste gas is easy, the surrounding environment and human health have adverse effects. This paper through the research of Suzhou City electronic products manufacturing enterprises, understand the harm of VOCs gas the electronic product manufacturing industry, VOCs gas character and characteristics, focusing on the analysis of gas spraying in electronics manufacturing industry, aiming at The proposed VOCs industry solutions in manufacturing electronic products, in order to improve the level of management of Suzhou City electronics manufacturing industry VOCs, atmospheric environmental protection in Suzhou City, Suzhou City, improve the living standards of the people. Through access to information, collect relevant information, understand the risks of VOCs, VOCs processing technology the research of Suzhou city; types of electronic products manufacturing the industry of VOCs gas, emission characteristics, processing technology, the problems existed in the operation, based on the above research, summed up the methods for electronic product manufacturing industry; put forward the industry of volatile organic pollutants treatment in Suzhou manufacturing electronic products. This paper based on the investigation of volatile organic pollutants spraying the process in the production process of 60 electronic products manufacturing industry in Suzhou City, the survey results show that: the process of spraying used Coatings include solvent coatings, waterborne coatings and UV coating, the solvent coating in the production enterprises accounted for a larger proportion of the enterprise, using up to 83.3%; the business uses raw materials are mainly paint, thinners, cleaning agents, these raw materials will produce VOCs. for the coating process in the production process the VOCs is in use, a review of relevant information control, puts forward the source control + end treatment measures combining the electronic product manufacturing VOCs control. In the source control, the use of powder coatings, waterborne coatings, UV curable coatings, high solid coatings and other clean raw materials, gradually reduced the use of solvent based paint pollution, from the source to reduce the generation of VOCs; at the end of governance, the effect of using the treatment recommended relatively better activated carbon adsorption, activated carbon adsorption of +RCO zeolite +RTO and other treatment measures, and the principle of the above three kinds of process, put forward relevant requirements and technical requirements, and then combined with the reality of the situation, two methods of activated carbon adsorption and adsorption of activated carbon +RCO economic model is established, the process of choosing the right choice to help the electronic products manufacturing enterprises, in order to ensure the discharge conditions, find out the operating costs and investment costs relatively appropriate, save investment in enterprises. Finally, in order to ensure the above comments and suggestions to implement and achieve a certain effect, but also from the perspective of the government and enterprises, put forward relevant requirements of monitoring and supervision.
