【摘要】:煤燃烧过程中释放的NO_X为环境的主要污染源,是引起人类健康和气候恶化的罪魁祸首。通过有效高效的脱硝措施来降低NO_X的排放是国内大多数电厂的当务之急。反应器性能的最主要指标是脱硝效率及氨气逃逸率,而反应器催化剂首层NO_X与NH3的混合比及速度分布的均匀化在一定程度上决定这个指标的好坏。脱硝反应器流场优化和新型催化剂的研发是近些年来研究的热门,脱硝效率提升、催化剂寿命延长更是重中之重。随着CFD和计算机技术的高速发展,利用高效、便捷的GAMBIT与FLUENT软件对SCR脱硝系统进行绘制和数值模拟,可以为脱硝反应器烟道、导流系统及喷氨系统的设计和改进提供重要依据。本文针对山东某电厂650MW燃煤机组SCR脱硝系统氨气逃逸率较大,导致催化剂的堵塞、失活及中毒。通过FLUENT数值模拟建立三维脱硝系统模型,模拟了在反应器顶部不同导流板数量及喷氨速度下SCR系统流场分布,通过对结果的分析比较,得出适当增加导流板组数和合理差异化的调整各喷口喷氨速度能够使第一层催化剂入口的NH3浓度、NO_X浓度及NH_3/NO_X分布更加均匀化合理化,很好的满足了设计和运行的双重检测,为SCR脱硝系统的协调优化和机组运行的稳定性提供了实际参考价值。
[Abstract]:NO_X released during coal combustion is the main source of environmental pollution. It is urgent for most power plants to reduce the emission of NO_X through effective and efficient denitrification measures. The most important indexes of reactor performance are denitrification efficiency and denitrification efficiency. Ammonia escape rate. The mixing ratio of NO_X and NH3 and the homogeneity of velocity distribution in the first layer of reactor catalyst determine the quality of this index to some extent. The optimization of flow field in denitrification reactor and the research and development of new catalyst have been studied in recent years. It's hot. With the rapid development of CFD and computer technology, it is very important to improve the denitrification efficiency and prolong the catalyst life. Convenient GAMBIT and FLUENT software to draw and numerical simulation of SCR denitrification system can be used as flue of denitrification reactor. The design and improvement of diversion system and ammonia injection system provide important basis. The ammonia escape rate of SCR denitrification system of 650 MW coal-fired unit in Shandong Province is high, which leads to the blockage of catalyst. FLUENT numerical simulation was used to establish a three-dimensional denitrification system model, and the flow field distribution of SCR system was simulated under different number of diversion plates and ammonia injection rate at the top of the reactor. Through the analysis and comparison of the results, it is concluded that the NH3 concentration in the inlet of the first layer catalyst can be obtained by properly increasing the number of the guide plate groups and adjusting the ammonia injection speed of each nozzle reasonably. NO_X concentration and NH_3/NO_X distribution are more homogenized and rationalized, which satisfies the dual detection of design and operation. It provides practical reference value for the coordination optimization of SCR denitrification system and the stability of unit operation.
