【摘要】:采用热重-红外联用(TG-FTIR)分析污泥与废轮胎混合热解特性。研究发现,污泥与废轮胎混合热解可弥补单污泥热解存在的不足;随着废轮胎掺混比例增加,热解特性指数逐渐增加(由8.54E-14增加到2.24E-12)。利用Coats-Redfern法研究热解反应动力学发现,在第一阶段(168~600℃),不同混合比例的样品热解过程适合的反应级数不同;在第二阶段(600~1 200℃),所有样品的热解均符合3级反应规律。FTIR分析表明,热解主要生成H_2O、CO_2、CO和CH_4等物质;其中CO在750℃之后的析出主要是由CO_2与焦炭的反应产生。
[Abstract]:TG-FTIR was used to analyze the pyrolysis characteristics of sludge and waste tire. It was found that the mixed pyrolysis of sludge and waste tire could make up for the shortage of single sludge pyrolysis. The pyrolysis characteristic index increased gradually (from 8.54E-14 to 2.24E-12). The kinetics of pyrolysis was studied by Coats-Redfern method. It was found that in the first stage, the reaction order suitable for the pyrolysis process of samples with different mixing ratios was different. In the second stage, the pyrolysis of all samples conforms to the third-order reaction rule. FTIR analysis shows that the pyrolysis mainly produces H _ 2O-C _ 2CO _ (2) CO _ (2) and CH_4, in which CO precipitation after 750 鈩,
