G20峰会期间杭州及周边地区空气质量的演变与评估

【摘要】:为了研究G20峰会期间杭州市及其周边地区大气质量状况,评估保障措施的实施对空气质量的影响,利用2016年8月24日-2016年9月6日杭州及其周边城市空气质量监测数据,分析其时空分布特征,并与2015年同期数据进行比较.结果显示:(1)2016年8月24日-9月6日即会期保障阶段,杭州市PM_(2.5),PM_(10),SO_2,NO_2,CO和O_3浓度均值为31.52μg/m~3,46.55μg/m~3,8.92μg/m~3,15.22μg/m~3,0.62mg/m~3和113.98μg/m~3.(2)与2015年同期相比,会议保障阶段杭州市PM_(2.5),PM_(10),SO_2,NO_2和CO浓度分别下降了40.16%,37.71%,25.98%,56.30%和30.34%,O_3浓度则上升了19.89%.(3)2016年会期保障阶段,2015年同期和G20峰会举办期间的3个时段,污染物日变化特征相似,除O_3外,其他污染物整体上呈现2015年同期2016年会期保障阶段G20峰会举办期间的特点.(4)空间上而言,会期保障阶段O_3浓度在空间上表现出显著上升,其他污染物浓度同比有明显下降,其中PM_(2.5)和PM_(10)在空间上的差异较小,而SO_2和NO_2在空间上的差异较大.(5)G20峰会期间采取的保障措施确保了杭州市及其周边地区大气质量得到了改善.
[Abstract]:In order to study the situation of air quality in Hangzhou and its surrounding areas during the G20 summit and to assess the impact of the implementation of safeguard measures on air quality, the air quality monitoring data of Hangzhou and its surrounding cities from August 24th 2016 to September 6th 2016 were used. The temporal and spatial distribution characteristics are analyzed and compared with the corresponding data of 2015. The results show that: 1) from August 24th 2016 to September 6th, during the sessional guarantee phase, in Hangzhou City, the average concentrations of PM / M / M / P / M / 10 / 10 / S / C / C / CO and O _ 3 are 31.52 渭 g / m ~ 36.55 渭 g / m ~ 38.92 渭 g / m ~ 315.22 渭 g / m ~ 30.62 渭 g / m ~ (3) and 113.98 渭 g / m ~ (3) / g / m ~ (3) ~ (2) respectively) compared with the same period of 2015, and the results show that the mean value of the concentration of O _ (3) and O _ (3) is 31.52 渭 g / m ~ (36.55 渭 g / m ~ (-1)).
