炼焦过程中多环芳烃产生排放影响因素分析

【摘要】:分别以单煤、配煤为原料,实验室炼焦炉模拟制备焦炭,对炼焦过程中产生排放的多环芳烃(PAHs)进行收集、检测,研究结焦温度、结焦过程和煤质的黏结性、灰分、水分对炼焦过程中多环芳烃产生排放的影响。结果表明:炼焦温度为700~920℃时,多环芳烃产生排放量最高;结焦的特点、煤焦油以及热解产物等因素对炼焦初期多环芳烃的产生排放量影响较大,且低环多环芳烃产生排放较多;多环芳烃产生排放量随煤的黏结性和灰分的增加而增大,随水分的增加则先减少后增大。
