污泥施用对沙质草地土壤呼吸和溶解性有机碳的影响

【摘要】:现如今,城市污泥量增长迅速。污泥中含有大量营养物质和有机物,而且由于工业生产中所产生的污水的进入,城市污泥中又夹杂了大量有害物质。污泥的处理方法大致分为土地利用、焚烧法和卫生填埋法等。土地利用又分成了城市绿化、农用以及土地修复。污泥中富含大量有机质和营养元素,是很好的肥料,施入会使土地增强肥力,增加土壤中酶的活性,从而有助于植物的生长。污泥的土壤修复能够改善其理化性质,利于生态恢复,还可以保持水土利用城市污泥中含有营养元素的特点,通过污泥施用起到提高沙质草地水土保持能力,恢复植被及微生物活性,改良土壤结构的作用。同时避免了污泥农用时把其中可能存在的未处理完全的有害物质带入食物中,危害人体健康的风险。本文选取土壤呼吸和DOC两方面研究。土壤呼吸在全球生态系统中意义重大,因此对其研究也就十分必要。污泥施用究竟土壤呼吸过程产生了什么样的作用?当前少有研究,并且所得出的结论存才较大的不确定性。所以本文通过对土壤各种理化指标的测定,以期为今后针对沙质草地的相关研究提供数据支持和理论依据。而对与DOC的分析有助于进一步认知全球碳循环的规律。由于影响土壤DOC的因子十分复杂,许多问题都需要更深入探讨。所以,本文仅选择温度、含水量等指标对其进行分析,试图为今后的相关研究提供一些帮助。通过对土壤呼吸的研究发现:污泥施用对土壤呼吸有促进作用;在温度相似时,土壤含水率的增大对土壤呼吸同样有着促进的作用;说明污泥施用对沙质草地生物量的增加有较大的促进作用;而植物数量增幅最小,说明污泥施用对沙质草地植物个体生长的促进作用比增加植物个数的效果明显的多。通过对土壤DOC的分析发现:施用的污泥中蛋白类化合物的含量较高;土壤含水率与DOC的具有显著相关性,P值为0.047小于0.05,相关性0.521。在0.3-0.7之间,属于中度相关。;施用污泥后,土壤呼吸速率有明显的下降;土壤中营养物质,尤其是N含量,对土壤DOC有促进作用。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the amount of sludge in cities is growing rapidly. Sludge contains a lot of nutrients and organic matter, and because of the entry of sewage produced in industrial production, Sludge treatment is divided into land use, incineration and sanitary landfill, etc. Land use is divided into urban greening. Agriculture and land remediation. Sludge, which is rich in organic matter and nutrients, is a good fertilizer that increases the fertility of the land and the activity of enzymes in the soil. The soil remediation of sludge can improve its physical and chemical properties, be beneficial to ecological restoration, and can also preserve the characteristics of soil and water utilization of urban sludge containing nutrients. Sludge application can improve soil and water conservation ability of sandy grassland, restore vegetation and microbial activity, and improve soil structure. This paper studies soil respiration and DOC. Soil respiration is of great significance in the global ecosystem. Therefore, it is necessary to study it. What effect does sludge application have on soil respiration? At present, there is little research, and the conclusion is uncertain. Therefore, through the measurement of various physical and chemical indexes of soil, In order to provide data support and theoretical basis for future research on sandy grassland, the analysis with DOC is helpful to further understand the law of global carbon cycle. Because the factors affecting soil DOC are very complex, Many problems need to be discussed in depth. Therefore, this paper only selects the temperature, water content and other indicators to analyze them. Through the research on soil respiration, it is found that sludge application can promote soil respiration, and the increase of soil moisture content can also promote soil respiration when the temperature is similar. The results showed that sludge application could promote the increase of biomass of sandy grassland, but the increase of plant quantity was the least. The results showed that the effect of sludge application on individual growth of sandy grassland was more obvious than that on increasing the number of plants. Through the analysis of soil DOC, it was found that the content of protein compounds in the applied sludge was higher. The significant correlation between soil moisture content and DOC was 0.047 < 0.05, and the correlation was 0.521. Between 0.3 and 0.7, the soil respiration rate was significantly decreased, especially the N content, the soil respiration rate was significantly decreased after application of sludge, and the soil nutrient content, especially the nitrogen content, was found in the soil. It can promote soil DOC.
