马克思主义生态思想体系的五大论点及其当代价值研究

【摘要】：党的“十八大”报告首次将“生态文明”列入我国经济社会发展的目标,把生态文明提升到一个新的国家战略高度,不仅大大丰富了当代“国家文明”的含义,还为今后我们实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦指明了新的方向。同时,也让广大关心国家发展的人们更加重视我国经济社会的可持续发展问题。“十八大”报告强调,建设生态文明是关系人民的福祉和国家未来的长远大计。报告提醒我们,生态文明建设是我们保持稳定发展、长期繁荣的重要一环;我们在建设“四位一体”的同时,需要更好地注重美丽中国的建设。当前,我国经济社会发展中面临着严重的环境问题,“资源约束趋紧,环境污染严重,生态系统退化”的形势日趋严峻,已经严重阻碍了今后我国经济社会的可持续发展。作为实现国家发展和民族复兴的必由之路,对生态文明建设的探索既是解决目前生态问题的现实需要,也符合马克思主义理论关于社会发展的要求,在实践和理论上都具有重要的指导意义。作为解决生态危机、建设生态文明的重要思想源泉,马克思主义生态思想揭示了人与自然的辩证关系,不仅从认识论上探索生态危机产生的根源,也从社会实践中提出了根本的解决途径,并进一步展示了未来共产主义社会生态文明的美好图景和基本特征。在当前严重的生态背景下,从理论上进一步加大对马克思主义生态思想的研究,正确认识人与自然的关系,从而把马克思主义生态思想作为指导思想,将其中的基本原理与我国的生态文明建设的实践相结合,最终探索出我国生态文明建设的新道路就显得尤为重要。本文结构上分为四章,以马克思主义的生态思想为基础,梳理出这一思想体系的五大论点,再联系当前中国的生态现状,萃取其当代价值。第一章是马克思主义生态思想体系概论,主要阐述其时代背景、主要内容和主要特征。第二章是马克思主义生态思想体系的五大论点,从人与自然的辩证统一关系等五个角度对马克思、恩格斯的生态思想进行分析和探究。第三章是当代中国生态文明的历程及问题,从我国生态文明建设的历史脉络出发,分析当前我国生态问题的现状,继而找到产生的原因。第四章是马克思主义生态思想体系对当代中国生态文明建设的启示,旨在通过对马克思、恩格斯生态思想的研究探索解决我国现实生态环境问题的实施路径。绿水青山就是金山银山,我们在发展经济建设的同时,一定要重视生态环境的保护和建设,经济的发展决不能以生态环境的破坏为代价。我国的现代化进程,就是要让优美的生态环境与经济的优化升级相互促进、相得益彰,使我们在实现中华民族伟大复兴的道路上始终沿着积极向上、绿色健康、可持续发展的方向不断前进。
[Abstract]:The report of the 18th National Congress of the Party included "ecological civilization" for the first time in the goal of China's economic and social development, and promoted ecological civilization to a new national strategic height, which not only greatly enriched the meaning of contemporary "national civilization." It also points out a new direction for Chinese Dream, who will realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in the future. At the same time, it also makes people who are concerned about the development of the country pay more attention to the issue of sustainable economic and social development in China. The report of the 18th National Congress stressed that. The report reminds us that the construction of ecological civilization is an important part of our stable development and long-term prosperity, and that we are building a "four-in-one body" at the same time. We need to pay more attention to the construction of a beautiful China. At present, China is facing serious environmental problems in its economic and social development. The situation of "tight resource constraints, serious environmental pollution and degradation of the ecosystem" is becoming increasingly serious. As the only way to realize national development and national rejuvenation, the exploration of ecological civilization construction is the realistic need to solve the current ecological problems. It also meets the requirements of Marxist theory on social development and has important guiding significance both in practice and in theory. It is an important ideological source for solving the ecological crisis and building ecological civilization. Marxist ecological thought reveals the dialectical relationship between man and nature. It not only explores the origin of ecological crisis from epistemology, but also puts forward a fundamental solution from social practice. It further shows the bright prospect and basic characteristics of ecological civilization in the future communist society. Under the serious ecological background, the study of Marxist ecological thought is further strengthened theoretically, and the relationship between man and nature is correctly understood. Thus taking Marxist ecological thought as the guiding ideology and combining the basic principles with the practice of ecological civilization construction in China, Finally, it is very important to explore a new way for the construction of ecological civilization in our country. This paper is divided into four chapters, which is based on Marxist ecological thought, and sorts out the five major arguments of this thought system. The first chapter is an introduction to the ecological ideology system of Marxism, which mainly describes the background of the times. The second chapter is the five major arguments of Marxist ecological thought system, from the dialectical and unified relationship between man and nature. The third chapter is the course and problems of ecological civilization in contemporary China. From the historical context of the construction of ecological civilization in China, the paper analyzes the current situation of ecological problems in China. The fourth chapter is the enlightenment of Marxist ecological ideology system to the construction of ecological civilization in contemporary China. The study of Engels' ecological thought explores the implementation path to solve the real ecological environmental problems in China. Green water and green mountain is Jinshan Silver Mountain. We must pay attention to the protection and construction of ecological environment while developing economic construction. The economic development must not be at the expense of the destruction of the ecological environment. The modernization process of our country is to make the beautiful ecological environment and the optimization and upgrading of the economy mutually promote and complement each other. Make us in the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation always along the direction of positive, green and healthy, sustainable development.
