锆英砂碱熔分解产生废渣中锆的回收工艺研究

【摘要】:通过盐酸酸浸锆冶金废渣回收碱熔过程中已发生分解的锆,分析了盐酸浓度、酸浸温度、液固比等工艺参数对碱熔过程中已发生分解的锆回收率的影响,并对锆冶金废渣中的物相组成、回收前后锆元素在锆冶金废渣中存在的形态以及对锆元素的回收工艺流程进行了研究。结果表明:盐酸浓度、酸浸温度是影响锆回收率的主要因素。锆冶金废渣中已分解锆的回收率随着盐酸浓度的增大而增大,当盐酸浓度由2mol·L~(-1)增大到4 mol·L~(-1)时,锆的回收率增幅仅为4.02%。锆冶金废渣中已分解锆的回收率随着温度的升高而升高,当酸浸温度超过50℃后,锆冶金废渣中已分解锆的回收率已无明显的增长。锆冶金废渣中锆元素主要以ZrSiO_4,ZrOCl_2两种形式存在,盐酸酸浸锆冶金废渣可实现对ZrOCl_2的回收。最佳的工艺条件为:盐酸浓度2 mol·L~(-1),酸浸温度50℃,液固比5∶1。在此条件下,碱熔过程中已发生分解的锆的回收率可达到62%。
[Abstract]:The effects of hydrochloric acid concentration, acid leaching temperature and liquid-solid ratio on the recovery rate of zirconium decomposed in alkali melting process were analyzed by acid leaching zirconium hydrochloric acid metallurgical waste residue. The phase composition of zirconium metallurgical waste residue, the morphology of zirconium element in zirconium metallurgical waste slag before and after recovery and the recovery process of zirconium element were studied. The results showed that the concentration of hydrochloric acid was the same as that of hydrochloric acid. Acid leaching temperature is the main factor affecting the recovery of zirconium. The recovery rate of decomposed zirconium in zirconium metallurgical residue increases with the increase of hydrochloric acid concentration, when the concentration of hydrochloric acid is increased from 2mol L ~ (-1) to 4 mol / L ~ (-1). The recovery rate of zirconium increased only by 4.02%. The recovery rate of decomposed zirconium in zirconium metallurgical waste residue increased with the increase of temperature, when the acid leaching temperature exceeded 50 鈩,
