【摘要】：近年来,我国大部分城市雾霾现象频发,尤其是2016年12月份,全国大部分地区迎来冬季最严重雾霾,多处城市道路实行机动车限号,中小学生停课。针对日益严重的环境问题,我国成品油标准不断升级。2017年1月1日,国家全面供应符合国五标准的车用汽柴油,但低品油退市难的问题也日益突出。近年来,运城成品油市场出现很多无证加油站、小油罐车、油壶等,这些非法加油行为不仅给居民的正常生产生活带来了巨大的安全风险,也是扰乱市场正常经营秩序的“毒瘤”。本片主要探讨了“黑加油站”的特点、现状和屡禁不止的原因,并提出相应解决策略。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the phenomenon of haze occurs frequently in most cities of our country, especially in December 2016, the most serious haze in winter is ushered in in most parts of the country, motor vehicles are restricted in many urban roads, and primary and middle school students are suspended.In view of the increasingly serious environmental problems, the standard of refined oil products in our country is continuously upgraded. On January 1, 2017, the state supplied the gasoline and diesel oil for vehicle use in accordance with the national fifth standard, but the problem of the difficulty of delisting the low grade oil from the market is becoming increasingly prominent.In recent years, there have been many unlicensed gas stations, small tankers, oil tanks and so on in the Yuncheng refined oil market. These illegal refueling activities not only bring huge safety risks to the normal production and life of residents,Is also disrupts the market normal management order "malignant tumor".This film mainly discusses the characteristics, the present situation and the reason of repeated prohibition of Black Gas Station, and puts forward the corresponding solutions.
