采用纳米陶瓷膜技术提标改造工业园区废水工程实例

【摘要】:以广西某工业区废水处理工程为例,采用纳米陶瓷膜污水处理工艺,对园区废水处理工艺进行提标改造,并对运行效果和经济效益进行了分析和总结。运行结果表明,改造后出水可稳定达到城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准一级A标准,污水处理成本降低,处理成本从改造前1.03元/t降低到约为0.641元/t,经济、环境和社会效益明显。
[Abstract]:Taking the wastewater treatment project of an industrial area in Guangxi as an example, the wastewater treatment process of the park was improved by using nano-ceramic membrane wastewater treatment process, and the operation effect and economic benefit were analyzed and summarized.The operation results show that the effluent can reach the first class A standard of pollutant discharge standard for urban sewage treatment plants, and the cost of sewage treatment is reduced from 1.03 yuan / t to about 0.641 yuan / t, which is economical.Environmental and social benefits are obvious.
