通辽市污水处理现状分析及承泄区方案研究

【摘要】:目前发达国家污水处理工艺已经由二级处理转为三级处理,而我国污水处理工艺主要以二级为主,且以引进国外污水处理技术为主。由于引进的污水处理技术不能完全适应我国国情,导致很多污水处理厂污水处理效率低,出水水质依然执行较低标准,环境污染形势加剧。因此,污水工艺的提高对改善我国水资源紧缺和环境污染等具有重要现实意义。通辽市地处内蒙古自治区东部,属于严重缺水地区。随着经济的不断发展,该区域的需水量不断加大,而供水量却在每年逐步减少。通辽市属于中等发展中城市,与国内同级别城市相比,通辽市污水处理厂采用的污水处理工艺较为单一,个别污水处理厂仍然采用一级沉淀等较为落后的污水处理工艺,污水处理效率较低,70%污水处理厂仍然执行《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)一级B标准。污水回用率低和水环境污染问题日益突出。本论文以通辽市污水处理工艺分析、污水出水水质水量分析和排水去向分析,通过定量分析法和比较研究等方法,分析通辽市污水处理现状、水环境现状及面临的主要问题,研究通辽市污水处理厂建设承泄区方案问题,通过对承泄区的选址、采用的工艺流程和效果、出水水质等进行分析、评价,为改善通辽市污水处理现状,城镇污水处理厂承泄区布局规划提供可供参考的新思路。通过本文的研究,主要得到以下结论:(1)通辽市污水处理厂采用的污水处理工艺较为单一,个别污水处理厂采用的污水处理工艺落后。通辽市污水处理出水量达不到设计标准,60%污水处理厂出水水质总氮、总磷等重要指标达不到标准,污水处理率较低。(2)通辽市污水排水去向主要以直接排入江河湖、库等地表受纳体,再生水配置主要以工业回用为主。(3)人工湿地污水处理工艺最为适合作为通辽市承泄区污水处理工艺,经承泄区处理之后的污水水质规划可以满足工业中水回用、景观绿化等不同方面的用水需求,在通辽市建立承泄区的方案是可行的,对提高通辽市水资源利用率,环境保护、生态建设方面具有实际意义。
[Abstract]:At present, the sewage treatment process in developed countries has been changed from secondary treatment to tertiary treatment, while in our country, the main process is secondary treatment, and the import of foreign wastewater treatment technology is the main.Because the imported sewage treatment technology can not fully adapt to the national conditions of our country, many sewage treatment plants have low treatment efficiency, the effluent quality still carries out the lower standard, and the environmental pollution situation is aggravated.Therefore, the improvement of sewage technology is of great practical significance to improve the shortage of water resources and environmental pollution in China.Tongliao City is located in the eastern part of Inner Mongolia Autonomous region, a serious water shortage area.With the development of economy, the water demand in this area is increasing, but the water supply is decreasing year by year.Tongliao is a medium developing city. Compared with the domestic cities of the same class, the sewage treatment plant in Tongliao city has a single sewage treatment process, and some sewage treatment plants still adopt the backward sewage treatment technology such as the first grade sedimentation, etc.The wastewater treatment efficiency of 70% of the wastewater treatment plants is still in accordance with the first class B standard of pollutants discharge Standard of Municipal sewage treatment plants (GB18918-2002).Low reuse rate of sewage and pollution of water environment are becoming more and more serious.In this paper, the wastewater treatment status, water environment and main problems in Tongliao City are analyzed by means of analysis of wastewater treatment process, analysis of effluent quality and discharge direction, quantitative analysis and comparative study.In order to improve the present situation of sewage treatment in Tongliao City, this paper studies the construction scheme of sewage treatment plant in Tongliao city, analyzes the site selection, the process flow and effect adopted, the quality of effluent, etc., and evaluates the problems of construction and discharge area of sewage treatment plant in Tongliao City.The layout planning of urban sewage treatment plant drainage area provides a new idea for reference.The main conclusions are as follows: the sewage treatment process used in Tongliao sewage treatment Plant is single, while the sewage treatment process adopted by individual sewage treatment plants is backward.In Tongliao City, the quantity of wastewater treatment is not up to the design standard (60%) the effluent quality, total nitrogen, total phosphorus and other important indexes are not up to the standard, and the sewage treatment rate is low. 2) the drainage direction of Tongliao sewage is mainly discharged directly into rivers and lakes.The sewage treatment process of constructed wetland is the most suitable for sewage treatment in Tongliao City, and the reclaimed water allocation is mainly for industrial reuse.The water quality planning after treatment in Chengliao area can meet the water demand in different aspects such as industrial water reuse, landscape greening and so on. It is feasible to set up a drainage area in Tongliao City, which can improve the utilization ratio of water resources and environmental protection in Tongliao City.Ecological construction has practical significance.
