畜禽养殖污水絮凝菌的分离鉴定

【摘要】:为了筛选针对畜禽养殖污水的高效絮凝菌,试验通过富集、分离、纯化和絮凝活性测定,从绍兴县中大畜牧有限公司(生猪饲养繁育)氧化塘的污水和浅层底泥中筛选絮凝菌,通过形态学、生理生化反应和16S rD NA测序,对絮凝能力最强的菌株进行鉴定。结果表明:从养猪场氧化塘的污水和浅层底泥中分离筛选到7株絮凝菌,其中C4絮凝活性最强,鉴定为解木糖赖氨酸芽胞杆菌(Lysinibacillus xylanilyticus)。
[Abstract]:In order to screen high efficiency flocculating bacteria for livestock and poultry wastewater, through enrichment, separation, purification and determination of flocculation activity, flocculating bacteria were screened from sewage and shallow bottom mud of oxidation pond of Zhongda Livestock and Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd in Shaoxing County. The strains with the strongest flocculation ability were identified by morphological, physiological and biochemical reactions and 16s rDNA sequencing. The results showed that 7 strains of flocculating bacteria were isolated from the wastewater and shallow sediment of the oxidation pond of pig farm, among which C4 was the most active flocculant, which was identified as Lysinibacillus xylanilyticus. xylanilyticus.
