【摘要】：随着中国经济的快速发展,废弃化学品的产生源及产生量急剧增加,其资源化、无害化处理处置已成为社会普遍关注的焦点问题。行业无序混乱处理处置行为的存在,需要通过标准化加以规范,以引领其健康有序地发展。阐述了废弃化学品的定义,介绍了废弃化学品的处理处置现状、处理处置方法和存在的问题,指出了废弃化学品处理处置标准化的必要性,对标准化的现状做了介绍,展望了行业标准化的发展趋势。通过创建废弃化学品处理处置标准化格局,推动科技进步与创新,提高废弃化学品二次资源的综合利用率,实现循环经济、绿色产业、资源综合利用的目的。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China ' s economy , the generation source and production quantity of waste chemicals have increased sharply . The disposal of waste chemicals has become the focus problem of the society . The definition of waste chemicals is introduced . The necessity of treatment and disposal of waste chemicals is introduced , and the development trend of standardization is discussed . The aim of recycling economy , green industry and comprehensive utilization of resources is realized through the establishment of standardized pattern of disposal and disposal of waste chemicals , advances and innovations of disposal of waste chemicals and the improvement of the comprehensive utilization rate of waste chemical secondary resources .
