萨北开发区采出污水处理效果影响因素研究

【摘要】:大庆油田萨北开发区现已全面大规模进入三元复合驱油开采开发阶段,取得了显著提高原油采收率的效果,但在提高原油采收率的同时,也随之产生了大量的三元驱采出污水。通过现场应用发现,聚合物驱采出污水处理难度较水驱采出污水处理难度增大,而三元复合驱采出污水的处理难度更大。而三元复合驱采出污水中的碱、表面活性剂和聚合物大量存在,使得含有不同化学剂的三元采出污水成为一种更加复杂的污水体系,采出液粘度增大,原油乳化严重,这些现象和问题的出现使得污水处理变得非常困难,同时在其他区块由于在开采过程中随着聚合物在地层的扩散,也造成了周边水驱地层聚合物受效,使水驱采出液中见聚合物浓度越来越高。现油田急需将这些污水进行处理,在避免污染环境的同时,将污水处理合格后作为回注水使用。因此针对这些问题通过室内沉降实验,了解不同含剂浓度对含油污水沉降处理效果的影响因素。利用建立的室内可视化两级过滤装置,模拟聚驱污水和水驱污水混掺实验,同时模拟萨北开发区现有水驱污水处理工艺技术处理含聚污水,并确定含聚污水的处理工艺界限。实验研究结果表明:污水水质、污水沉降时间、沉降温度以及含剂浓度的多少都对油田三元污水的沉降处理效果产生了影响;通过测得污水中的含油和悬浮物含量,最终确定三元污水与聚驱污水的最佳混掺比例为1:3,最佳混掺沉降时间界限为8h。通过可视模拟过滤装置模拟了水驱与聚驱污水的混掺过滤过程,研究了不同滤料级配、过滤速度、混掺比例对过滤处理后混掺污水的含油量、悬浮物含量的影响,确定了过滤速度的最佳界限范围为10m/h-12m/h,最佳滤料级配为级配三,在这样的过滤条件下,水驱与聚驱混掺污水过滤后达均可以达到水质指标要求,即含油≤5mg/L,悬浮物≤5mg/L。
[Abstract]:The Sabei Development Zone of Daqing Oilfield has now entered the stage of ASP flooding exploitation on a large scale, and has achieved a remarkable effect of improving oil recovery, but at the same time, it has also produced a large amount of sewage produced by ternary flooding. It is found through field application that it is more difficult to treat wastewater produced by polymer flooding than that by water flooding, but it is more difficult to treat sewage produced by ASP flooding. However, the presence of alkali, surfactant and polymer in the sewage produced by ASP flooding makes the ternary sewage produced with different chemical agents become a more complex sewage system, the viscosity of the produced liquid increases and the crude oil is emulsified seriously. These phenomena and problems have made it very difficult to treat sewage, and in other blocks, because of the diffusion of polymers in the formation during the exploitation process, it has also resulted in the polymer efficiency in the surrounding water-drive formation. The polymer concentration is higher and higher in the water drive production liquid. It is urgent for the oilfield to treat the wastewater, which can be used as water injection after qualified treatment while avoiding the pollution of the environment. In order to solve these problems, the influence factors of different concentration of agent on the settlement effect of oily sewage were studied through indoor settlement experiments. The laboratory visualization two-stage filtration device is used to simulate the mixing experiment of polymer flooding sewage and water drive sewage. At the same time, the existing water drive wastewater treatment technology in Sabi Development Zone is simulated, and the technical limit of polymer sewage treatment is determined. The experimental results show that the water quality, settling time, settling temperature and the concentration of the agent have an effect on the settlement of ternary sewage, and the content of oil and suspended matter in the sewage is measured. Finally, the optimum mixing ratio of ternary sewage and polymer flooding wastewater is 1: 3, and the optimum mixing time limit is 8 h. The mixed filtration process of water drive and polymer flooding sewage was simulated by visual simulation filter device. The effects of different filter media gradation, filtration speed and mixing ratio on oil content and suspended matter content of mixed sewage after filtration treatment were studied. The optimum filtration speed is determined to be 10 m / h-12 m / h, and the best filter material gradation is three.
