邢钢干熄焦除尘灰综合利用的研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着技术的不断革新,高炉炼铁的生产规模不断的扩大,伴随着生铁产量的进一步提高,炼铁企业对于焦炭的需求量也逐步增加。焦化厂对于逐步提高的生产压力,也进行了技术革新,采用了干熄焦技术。干熄焦除尘灰是炼焦及焦炭应用过程中产生的粉尘,不仅污染环境,而且回收后难以处理。由于其颗粒比较细,如果处理不及时,长期存放不仅会大面积的占用库房等存放场地,而且还会对厂区以及附近居民小区等生活场所造成很大的污染。本文采用冷固球团技术对干熄焦除尘灰进行冷固造球,使颗粒较细的除尘灰粒径增大变成1~3 mm的球团,然后将其添加在烧结用的固体燃料中用于产品烧结。这样既避免了环境污染,也避免了烧结过程由于粒度过细而被气流抽走,降低了烧结矿固体燃料的消耗和生产成本。通过单因素实验探讨粘结剂种类对球团性能的影响,通过正交实验法确定干熄焦除尘灰制备球团的适宜的粘结剂种类及用量。研究结果表明,单独使用膨润土做粘结剂,且配比掺量的质量分数为7%时球团的性能最好。同时,经试验检测结果发现干熄焦除尘灰的化学组成成分及粒度与高炉喷吹用无烟煤相近。因此,本文还对干熄焦除尘灰应用于高炉喷吹技术进行研究。对干熄焦除尘灰及与其它种类的煤粉混合后形成的混煤的可磨性、反应性、燃烧性及着火点进行一系列的试验研究。在分析干熄焦除尘灰应用于高炉喷吹的性能基础上,给出了干熄焦除尘灰替代无烟煤来进行高炉喷吹的最佳比例以及高炉喷吹干熄焦除尘灰的关键性技术。研究结果表明,干熄焦除尘灰取代无烟煤的质量分数为2%的时候,配制形成的混煤用作高炉喷吹效果最佳。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous innovation of technology, the production scale of blast furnace ironmaking continues to expand, along with the further improvement of pig iron production, the demand for coke in ironmaking enterprises is also gradually increasing. Coking plant for the gradual increase in production pressure, also carried out technical innovation, the use of dry-quenching technology. Dust removal from dry quenching coke is a kind of dust produced in coke making and coke application, which not only pollutes the environment, but also is difficult to deal with after recovery. Because of its fine particles, if not dealt with in time, long-term storage will not only occupy a large area of storage space, but also will cause a lot of pollution to the factory area and living places such as nearby residential areas. In this paper, cold solid pelletizing technology is used to make dry quench coke dust pellets. The fine dust removal particles are increased to 1 ~ 3 mm pellets, and then added to the solid fuel for sintering. This not only avoids the environmental pollution, but also avoids that the sintering process is sucked out by air because of too fine granularity, thus reducing the consumption and production cost of sinter solid fuel. The effect of binder on pellet performance was investigated by single factor experiment. The suitable binder and dosage of binder were determined by orthogonal test for the preparation of pellets from dry quenched coke dust ash. The results show that when bentonite is used as binder alone and the mass fraction of bentonite is 7, the pellets have the best properties. At the same time, it is found that the chemical composition and particle size of dry quenched coke ash are similar to those of blast furnace injection anthracite. Therefore, the application of dry-quenching coke dust to blast furnace injection technology is also studied in this paper. The grindability, reactivity, combustibility and ignition point of dry quenched coke dust and coal mixed with other kinds of pulverized coal were studied in a series of experiments. Based on the analysis of the performance of dry quenching coke dust removal used in blast furnace injection, the optimum proportion of dry quenching coke dust removal to replace anthracite for blast furnace injection and the key technology of blast furnace dust removal by dry quenching dust removal are given. The results show that when the mass fraction of anthracite is 2%, the mixed coal is the best for blast furnace injection.
