改性壳聚糖微球制备及其对阴离子染料的吸附行为研究

【摘要】:从鱿鱼软骨中提取出壳聚糖,以壳聚糖为单体,二乙烯三胺和环氧氯丙烷作为交联剂,通过乳液交联法制备出了改性壳聚糖微球(DECM)。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、热重分析仪(TGA)等对改性壳聚糖微球的结构和性能进行了表征。结果表明,所得微球具有较大的比表面积和较多的活性位点。用静态吸附法研究了微球对两种染料刚果红(CR)和酸性绿50(AG50)的吸附行为,在25℃、pH 3.0的条件下吸附过程符合准二级动力学模型,并且DECM对两种染料的吸附符合Langmuir模型,最大吸附量分别达到428.7和691.8 mg·g~(-1);由Freundlich模型分析表明,吸附行为为优惠吸附。利用0.1 mol·L~(-1) NaOH溶液经过5次吸附-解吸循环使用,微球对染料的去除率仍然能够保持在92%以上,表现出良好的吸附和再生能力。
[Abstract]:Chitosan was extracted from squid cartilage and chitosan was used as monomer, diethylenetriamine and epichlorohydrin as crosslinking agents. The modified chitosan microspheres were prepared by emulsion crosslinking method. The structure and properties of the modified chitosan microspheres were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), FT-IR X-ray diffractometer (XRDX) and thermogravimetric analyzer (TGA). The results show that the microspheres have a large specific surface area and more active sites. The adsorption behavior of two dyes, Congo red carmine (CRR) and acidic green 50 (AG50), was studied by static adsorption method.
