【摘要】:南水北调中线工程水源地河南段涉及河南省南阳市、洛阳市和三门峡市,是南水北调中线工程重要的水源地之一,水源地的水质安全关系到沿线3800万受水区民众的用水安全。因此保护水源地的水质安全和生态安全,对保障南水北调中线工程顺利运行具有重要的意义。水质安全评价包括水质现状评价和生态安全评价两个方面,选取丹江口库区和南水北调中线工程渠首等两个监测点,采用单因子评价法、综合污染指数法对丹江口库区和南水北调中线工程渠首2006年~2015年的水质进行评价。单因子评价结果表明:连续十年丹江口库区和南水北调中线工程渠首的水质状况均达到了《地表水环境质量标准》规定的Ⅱ类标准及以上,水质状况连续十年为优。综合污染指数法评价结果表明:十年来,丹江口库区综合污染指数0.314~0.388之间,水质状况均属于尚清洁。南水北调中线工程渠首水质综合污染指数0.212~0.359之间,水质状况为优;丹江口库区和渠首水质状况年内的时空特征分析表明,丹江口库区和渠首的水质均表现出枯水期水质较好,平水期次之,丰水期较差的特点。其中丹江口库区在丰水期的水质综合污染指数超过了0.4,水质状况为轻污染。水源地河南段生态系统健康评价采用模糊数学的方法进行评价,选取了由压力系统指标,状态系统指标和响应系统指标组成的指标体系,评价的结果表明水源地生态系统的健康度为0.560,处于亚健康和健康之间的状态,生态结构完整并且具有一定的系统活力,但是外界压力较大。最后,对南水北调中线工程水源地河南段的生态环境保护提出了对策和建议,提出加强污染源控制、开展生态建设、合理利用资源,提高资源的利用率以及加快水土保持工程的建设等措施,为南水北调中线工程的水质安全提供技术保障。
[Abstract]:The water source of the middle route project of South-to-North Water transfer Project in Henan Province involves Nanyang City, Luoyang City and Sanmenxia City in Henan Province. It is one of the important water sources in the Middle Route Project of South-to-North Water transfer Project. The safety of water quality in the water source area is related to the water safety of the people in 38 million receiving areas along the route. Therefore, it is of great significance to protect the water quality safety and ecological safety of the water source area in order to ensure the smooth operation of the South-to-North Water transfer Project. Water quality safety evaluation includes two aspects: water quality assessment and ecological safety evaluation. Two monitoring points, such as Danjiangkou reservoir area and canal head of South-to-North Water diversion Project, are selected and single factor evaluation method is adopted. The water quality from 2006 to 2015 in Danjiangkou reservoir area and middle route project of South-to-North Water transfer Project was evaluated by comprehensive pollution index method. The results of single factor evaluation show that the water quality of Danjiangkou Reservoir area and the canal head of South-to-North Water transfer Project reach the class 鈪,
