壳聚糖复合絮凝剂处理制革废水的研究

【摘要】:利用稀土-壳聚糖复合絮凝剂处理制革废水,探讨了复合絮凝剂处理制革废水的处理工艺及最佳处理条件,采用单因素试验法研究了复合絮凝剂的浓度、p H、温度、搅拌时间对制革废水中总铬、化学需氧量(COD)、浊度的去除率的影响。结果表明:复合絮凝剂处理制革废水的最佳条件为:稀土-壳聚糖复合絮凝剂浓度为0.25g/L,p H值为7,温度为30~40℃,搅拌时间为10~20min,与聚合氯化铝、聚合硫酸铁相比,壳聚糖复合絮凝剂在废水处理中表现出明显优势。
[Abstract]:Leather wastewater was treated with rare earth and chitosan complex flocculant. The treatment process and optimum treatment conditions of tannery wastewater were discussed. The concentration and temperature of compound flocculant were studied by single factor experiment. The effect of stirring time on the removal rate of total chromium, COD and turbidity in tannery wastewater. The results showed that the optimum conditions for the treatment of tannery wastewater were as follows: the concentration of rare-earth / chitosan compound flocculant was 0.25g / L ~ (-1) H = 7, the temperature was 30 ~ 40 鈩,
