采煤塌陷区水体叶绿素a与OCPs的环境效应研究

【摘要】:选取淮南市杨庄和谢桥采煤塌陷区为重点研究对象,利用固相萃取-自装层析柱净化-GC/MS分析方法和索氏提取-自装层析柱净化-GC/MS分析方法分别测定了塌陷区水体和水体悬浮物中OCPs的含量,分析了塌陷区中OCPs的存在状况及空间分布特征,组成特征及来源,以及其与所依存介质中叶绿素a的关系。得出以下结论:1.杨庄和谢桥采煤塌陷区水体叶绿素a各采样点分布不均,受采样点周边环境影响严重,但整体呈现出由表层到底层逐渐递减的趋势,杨庄采煤塌陷区叶绿素a浓度值略高于谢桥采煤塌陷区。2.杨庄采煤塌陷区水体及水体悬浮物中∑OCPs含量均值分别为627.77 ng/L和652.44 ng/L,谢桥采煤塌陷区水体及悬浮物中∑OCPs含量均值分别为692.10 ng/L和534.42ng/L,整体谢桥采煤塌陷区水体中OCPs污染较杨庄采煤塌陷区轻微,水体悬浮物中OCPs污染较较杨庄采煤塌陷区严重。3.杨庄采煤塌陷区水体中∑OCPs含量由表层至底层逐渐递减,而水体悬浮物中∑OCPs含量由表层至底层逐渐递增。谢桥采煤塌陷区水体中∑OCPs含量由表层至底层先减后增,水体悬浮物中∑OCPs含量由表层至底层逐渐递增。4.杨庄采煤塌陷区水体中HCHs主要来源于近期林丹杀虫剂的使用,水体悬浮物中HCHs则来源于近期和历史林丹杀虫剂的使用。水体中DDTs主要来源于短期内工业DDTs的混合污染,悬浮物中DDTs主要来源于近期三氯杀螨醇的污染。谢桥采煤塌陷区水体和悬浮物中HCHs主要来源于近期林丹杀虫剂的使用,水体和悬浮物中DDTs主要来源于短期内工业DDTs和三氯杀螨醇的混合污染。5.塌陷区特征性OCPs之间相关性较高,而水体叶绿素a仅在杨庄采煤塌陷区表层各采样点处与水体OCPs处于高度负相关,与其他部分OCPs处于低度或者不相关。这些会受到水体沉积物的扰动或者OCPs的毒害作用及毒性兴奋效应的影响。
[Abstract]:Select Yangzhuang and Xieqiao coal mining subsidence area of Huainan City as the key research object, The content of OCPs in water body and suspended matter in subsidence area was determined by solid phase extraction (SPE) -self-loading chromatography column purifying GC- / MS analysis method and Soxhlet extraction-self-loading chromatography column purifying GC- / MS analysis method, respectively.
