转炉除尘灰的理化性质及其催化煤粉燃烧效果

【摘要】:利用多种检测方法系统研究4种转炉除尘灰的理化性质和对煤粉燃烧性能的影响。结果表明,不同转炉除尘灰粒度差异较大且元素组成复杂;物相组成上均含有Fe3O4,部分存在Fe2O3、CaO及CaCO3;样品微观结构差异明显,10 nm以下的孔隙贡献了主要的比表面积,10 nm以上的孔隙贡献了主要的孔容积;除尘灰通过降低着火、燃尽及反应峰值对应的温度改善煤粉燃烧反应性,但过高的碳酸盐含量会抑制其强化燃烧效果。
[Abstract]:The physical and chemical properties of dust removal from four converters and their effects on the combustion performance of pulverized coal were systematically studied by using various detection methods. The results show that the particle size of dust in different converters is different and the composition of elements is complex. Fe _ 3O _ 4, Fe _ 2O _ 3C _ 2O _ 3 and CaCO _ 3 were found in the phase composition of the samples, the porosity below 10 nm contributed to the main specific surface area above 10 nm, and the dust removal contributed to the main pore volume by reducing the ignition. The combustion reactivity of pulverized coal is improved by the temperature corresponding to the burnout and the peak value of the reaction, but too high carbonate content will inhibit the combustion enhancement effect.
