能源消费、碳排放与经济增长的相关性研究

【摘要】:随着人类社会科技水平不断的提高,大规模的使用化石能源给世界各国的经济带来高速发展的同时,也严重的破坏了各国的环境,化石能源大规模的使用造成了资源的不可持续的供应。从经济学的角度上看,能源是生产过程中重要的要素之一,环境不仅是人类生存的载体同时也是化石能源的来源。为了保证化石能源实现可持续的供应,要维持人与自然的和谐。如何实现环境、能源和经济增长的协调可持续发展已经成为各国政府面临的重要问题之一。对于中国来说,2015是“十二五”规划的收官之年。这一年,面对世界经济复苏乏力,国内经济下行压力不断加大的复杂局面,我国实现来之不易又十分珍贵的6.9%的经济增长。然而作为正处于高速发展阶段的发展中国家,我国经济增长必然导致能源的大量消耗,现今经济增长的方式属于粗放的高耗能,因此能源短缺现象是现阶段不得不面临的困境之一,能源短缺会反过来制约经济的增长。此外,能源利用直接关系环境污染程度。在我国,这一直接关系在生态环境方面得到充分体现,能源开发利用已成为我国环境的第一大污染源,高速发展的京津冀地区最为突出,严重的大气污染降低人们生活质量、制约人们的出行时间、影响公民的身体健康。随着可持续发展的观念的提出,越来越多的研究学者们将经济、能源、环境三者纳入到同一个体系中来探讨三者之间的相互作用关系。为了实现经济增长,推动低碳循环发展,全面节约和高效利用资源,本文将全国29个省份分为三大区域,在此基础上利用表格数据及趋势图对我国能源消费、碳排放和经济增长概况进行详细的分析。采用2000-2014年共15年的数据,运用PVAR(面板向量自回归模型)模型,并根据研究结果分析能源消费、碳排放和经济增长三者之间的联系,其脉冲响应结果表示我国东、中、西部地区经济增长、能源消费和环境污染的相互作用关系存在显著的区域差异性。因此,对能源消费、碳排放和经济增长关系协调发展的研究是非常重要的。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of the scientific and technological level of human society, the large-scale use of fossil energy has brought high speed development to the economies of all countries in the world, and has also seriously damaged the environment of various countries. The large-scale use of fossil energy has resulted in unsustainable supply of resources. From the point of view of economics, energy is one of the important factors in the process of production. Environment is not only the carrier of human survival, but also the source of fossil energy. In order to ensure the sustainable supply of fossil energy, we must maintain harmony between man and nature. How to realize the coordinated and sustainable development of environment, energy and economic growth has become one of the important problems faced by governments. For China, 2015 is the end of the 12th five-year Plan. This year, in the face of the complex situation of weak recovery of the world economy and increasing downward pressure on the domestic economy, China has achieved a hard-won and precious economic growth of 6.9 percent. However, as a developing country in the stage of rapid development, China's economic growth will inevitably lead to a large amount of energy consumption, and the current mode of economic growth belongs to extensive and high energy consumption. Therefore, energy shortage is one of the predicaments that must be faced at the present stage, which in turn will restrict the economic growth. In addition, energy use is directly related to the degree of environmental pollution. In China, this direct relationship has been fully reflected in the ecological environment. The development and utilization of energy has become the first major pollution source in China, and the rapid development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is the most prominent. Serious air pollution reduces people's quality of life. Restrict people's travel time, affect the health of citizens. With the development of the concept of sustainable development, more and more researchers put economy, energy and environment into the same system to explore the interaction between them. In order to achieve economic growth, promote the development of low-carbon cycle, save and utilize resources efficiently, this paper divides 29 provinces into three regions. On the basis of this, the energy consumption of our country is analyzed by using tabular data and trend chart. Carbon emissions and economic growth profile for detailed analysis. Based on the data of 15 years from 2000 to 2014 and using the PVARmodel (Panel Vector autoregressive Model), the relationship among energy consumption, carbon emissions and economic growth is analyzed according to the results of the study. There are significant regional differences in the interaction among economic growth, energy consumption and environmental pollution in the western region. Therefore, it is very important to study the harmonious development of energy consumption, carbon emissions and economic growth.
