低分子有机胺类杀菌剂的合成与评价

【摘要】:油田回注污水常用杀菌剂为阳离子型季铵盐类杀菌剂,在聚合物驱油注水系统中,季铵盐类杀菌剂常与采出水中残留的聚合物发生反应而丧失杀菌效果,当投加量为60 mg/L时杀菌率仅为80%。杀菌效果不好,不仅引起管道设备的细菌腐蚀,而且细菌还会降低聚合物黏度,因此,需要研发不易与聚合物反应的杀菌剂。以氯化苄和二乙烯三胺为原料,合成了低分子质量有机胺类杀菌剂,通过单因素实验以及正交设计实验确定了合成杀菌剂的最佳工艺方案,当溶质质量分数为60%、反应介质为1,4-二氧六环、反应温度为50℃、反应时间为2.5 h、搅拌速度为120 r/min时,反应物转化率可达到96%以上。在含聚污水中加入该杀菌剂进行评价,当投加量为60 mg/L时杀菌率可达到98.1%。
[Abstract]:The commonly used fungicides in oilfield wastewater are cationic quaternary ammonium salts. In the polymer flooding system, quaternary ammonium salts often react with the residual polymers in the produced water and lose their bactericidal effect. When the dosage is 60 mg / L, the germicidal rate is only 80%. The bactericidal effect is not good, not only causes the bacteria corrosion of the pipeline equipment, but also the bacteria will reduce the polymer viscosity, therefore, it is necessary to develop the bactericide which is not easy to react with the polymer. Low molecular weight organic amines were synthesized from benzyl chloride and diethylenetriamine as raw materials. The optimum process of synthesizing fungicides was determined by single factor experiment and orthogonal design experiment.
