我国海洋生态文明建设的实践困境与推进对策

【摘要】：生态文明建设是中国特色社会主义事业"五位一体"总体布局的重要一环,海洋生态文明建设是绿色发展理念在海洋事业中的具体实践。我国海洋生态环境保护面临诸多困境,需要借鉴先进国家发展经验,树立人海和谐、海陆共进的思路,以公民海洋教育为基础,以科技创新为先导,以法治建设为保障,探索适应我国发展需要的海洋生态文明之路,科学推进我国海洋事业发展。
[Abstract]:The construction of ecological civilization is an important part of the overall layout of "five in one" in the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and the construction of marine ecological civilization is the concrete practice of the concept of green development in marine undertakings. China's marine ecological environment protection is facing many difficulties. It is necessary to draw lessons from the development experience of advanced countries, set up the idea of harmonious sea and sea, take citizen marine education as the foundation, take scientific and technological innovation as the forerunner, and take the construction of the rule of law as the guarantee. To explore the way of marine ecological civilization to meet the needs of our country's development, and to promote the development of our country's marine undertaking scientifically.
