基于城市生态系统评价模型探讨银川生态城市建设

【摘要】:城市在现代人类群居生活中处于核心地位,随着人口增长与城市化进程的加快,围绕城市开展的扩建,改建,新建等项目不断增加,这些项目在满足人类需求的同时给环境带来了破坏,人地矛盾越发明显。基于此,建设强调人与自然和谐相处的生态城市势在必行。本文以缓和人地矛盾为出发点,在建立城市生态系统评价模型的基础上,分析了银川城市生态系统的自然、经济和社会三大子系统的特点,分别从空间、能源、固废循环、水资源、生物生境、公共设施和交通7个方面对三大系统的影响进行了评价。结果表明:银川城市生态系统处于基本可持续发展的水平,三大子系统协调程度为一般协调,但市域土地资源和水资源的人口承载极限值为430万人,中心城区交通承载车辆极值为115万辆。此外,在分析本地生态系统的同时亦深化认识了我国西北地区的生态环境状况,可为具备相似条件的其他城市解决生态环境问题提供指导意见。银川市生态基础较为薄弱,城市生态系统处于基本可持续发展的水平,应该从集约空间、大力发展绿色交通、保护水资源和水环境、保护生物生境、开发利用新能源,转变能源结构等方面来进行生态城市建设,以确保城市生态系统的稳定与平衡。
[Abstract]:Cities are at the core of modern human social life. With the rapid development of population and urbanization, the expansion, reconstruction and construction of cities are increasing. These projects not only meet the needs of human beings, but also damage the environment, and the contradiction between human and land becomes more and more obvious. Based on this, it is imperative to build an ecological city that emphasizes harmony between man and nature. On the basis of establishing the evaluation model of urban ecosystem, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the natural, economic and social subsystems of the urban ecosystem in Yinchuan from the aspects of space, energy, solid and waste recycling. The impacts of the three systems were evaluated from seven aspects: water resources, biological habitats, public facilities and transportation. The results show that the urban ecosystem of Yinchuan is in the level of basic sustainable development, the coordination degree of the three subsystems is general coordination, but the population carrying limit value of urban land resources and water resources is 4.3 million people. The extreme value of traffic carrying vehicles in central urban area is 1.15 million. In addition, the analysis of the local ecosystem also deepened the understanding of the ecological environment in Northwest China, which can provide guidance for other cities with similar conditions to solve the ecological environment problems. The ecological foundation of Yinchuan City is relatively weak, and the urban ecosystem is at the level of basic sustainable development. Therefore, it is necessary to develop green traffic, protect water resources and water environment, protect biological habitats, and develop and utilize new energy from intensive space. In order to ensure the stability and balance of urban ecosystem, the construction of ecological city should be carried out by transforming energy structure.
