王曲电厂600MW超临界机组锅炉脱硝系统宽负荷运行方案研究

【摘要】:我国火电厂氮氧化物排放量随装机总量增大而逐年增多,为防止锅炉内燃煤燃烧后产生过多的氮氧化物(即NOX)污染环境,王曲电厂对两台锅炉机组进行了脱硝系统改造并投运。其锅炉烟气脱硝系统采用选择性催化还原法(SCR),为满足SCR催化还原反应温度窗口,在SCR反应器的设计过程中一般要求入口烟气温度为320℃以上。但实际运行过程中,由于机组负荷受电网调度控制,通常处于变工况运行条件下,锅炉运行在50%负荷以下时,SCR入口烟温就会低于320℃,使得SCR脱硝系统无法正常运行,造成锅炉烟气排放的NOx浓度无法满足达标排放要求。为保证锅炉宽负荷运行条件下SCR脱硝系统正常运行,解决达标排放问题,本文以王曲电厂600MW超临界机组锅炉为研究对象,提出了关于此电厂的五种锅炉及热力系统的改造方案,即:省煤器烟气旁路、省煤器分级布置、省煤器设置给水调节旁路、增设零号高加、省煤器加装再循环泵。根据王曲电厂的实际情况,研究并制定了适合此电厂的锅炉机组改造的最佳可行性技术方案。通过锅炉省煤器热力计算,对改造方案实施后的机组运行参数进行了计算与分析。分析结果表明:改造后可以拓宽SCR系统的变负荷运行范围,实现机组在最低35%负荷以上,通过运行调整可以满足SCR系统投运条件,以满足我国日益严格的锅炉烟气NOX排放要求。
