叶菜对Cd的富集特征及敏感性分布

【摘要】:为了解不同土壤中不同品种叶菜对Cd的吸收富集特征及敏感性分布规律,通过盆栽试验研究了10种叶菜(油菜、空心菜、茼蒿、苋菜、菠菜、油麦菜、芹菜、生菜、韭菜、小白菜)在江西红壤和天津潮土中,对不同处理Cd浓度[空白,0 mg/kg,CK;低浓度,0.3 mg/kg,C1;高浓度,0.6 mg/kg,C2]下对Cd的富集,并对Cd的富集系数进行了敏感性排序.结果表明:高浓度Cd会抑制叶菜生长,株高和鲜质量显著变化;低浓度Cd处理对叶菜的生长具有"刺激作用",大部分叶菜株高显著上升.w(Cd)为0.3mg/kg时,在天津潮土中,油菜对Cd的富集系数最高为0.336,茼蒿的富集系数最低为0.014,芹菜的富集系数最低为0.022,得出油菜对不同浓度的Cd最敏感,芹菜和茼蒿较不敏感.在江西红壤中,苋菜对Cd的富集系数最高为1.165,芹菜的富集系数最低为0.103,得出苋菜和油菜对不同浓度的Cd较敏感,芹菜较不敏感.因此,可在天津潮土中种植茼蒿和芹菜,在江西红壤中种植芹菜,将茼蒿和芹菜作为不易吸收较高浓度Cd的叶菜品种.
[Abstract]:In order to understand the characteristics of CD uptake and accumulation and the distribution of sensitivity to CD in different varieties of leaf vegetables in different soils, ten leaf vegetables (rape, chrysanthemum, amaranth, spinach, greasy, celery, lettuce, leek) were studied by pot experiment. In Jiangxi red soil and Tianjin Chao soil, CD concentration in different treatments (0 mg / kg CK; 0.3 mg / kg C 1; 0 mg / kg C 2; 0 mg / kg C 2), and the sensitivity of CD enrichment coefficient were ranked. The results showed that the high concentration of CD inhibited the growth of leafy vegetables, and the plant height and fresh mass changed significantly, and the low concentration of CD had a "stimulating effect" on the growth of leafy vegetables. When the plant height of most leafy vegetables rose significantly. W (CD) was 0.3mg/kg, it was found in the fluvo-soil of Tianjin. The highest CD enrichment coefficient was 0.336 in rape, 0.014 in Chrysanthemum chrysanthemum and 0.022 in celery. The results showed that rape was most sensitive to CD at different concentrations, while celery and chrysanthemum were less sensitive. In Jiangxi red soil, the highest CD enrichment coefficient of amaranth was 1.165, and the lowest enrichment coefficient of celery was 0.103. It was concluded that amaranth and rapeseed were more sensitive to CD at different concentrations, while celery was less sensitive. Therefore, chrysanthemum and celery could be grown in Tianjin aquic soil, and celery could be grown in red soil of Jiangxi province. Chrysanthemum and celery could be used as leaf vegetable varieties which could not easily absorb high concentration of CD.
