生物滴滤塔处理甲苯废气实验研究

【摘要】:每天都会有大量污染物质排放到大气中,其中挥发性有机物是个重要的污染组分,其排放范围极广,已经成为大气污染治理的“瓶颈”问题。作为挥发性有机化合物的代表物之一甲苯,它会侵害皮肤、血液和各种神经系统。随着工业和城市交通的发展,其排放量也越来越大,所以研究出高效的甲苯净化方法迫在眉睫。本实验利用凹凸棒石粘土、锯末和锰矿粉末制作填料,在挂膜负载微生物后进行甲苯的净化去除,研究了锰氧化物多孔陶粒的制作、生物滴滤塔的启动、不同外在条件对滴滤塔运行效率的影响、最合适的运行条件、生物滴滤系统的运行特征等。研究结果表明:(1)以质量比为10:7:2的锰矿粉末、凹凸棒石粘土和锯末为原料,在700℃的空气当中煅烧3小时,在此条件下制备的人工陶粒抗压强度高,内部孔洞连通,比表面积大,符合国家水处理用人工陶粒滤料标准,适合用作微生物的负载挂膜,可以作为滴滤塔的滤料。(2)在室内温度为22℃~30℃,pH值稳定在6.2到7.0的情况下,生物滴滤塔处理甲苯的最适进气浓度为400mg/m3,最适气体停留时间为70s,最适循环液喷淋量为90ml/min,去除率保持在80%以上。(3)生物滴滤塔在净化甲苯气体过程中会产生CO_2,随着甲苯进气浓度的增高,产生CO_2越多,但其降解率越低,实际CO_2产生量与理论值比例越来越低。(4)生物滴滤塔在停止进气10天后,恢复通气24小时,其对甲苯的去除效果就可以逐渐恢复,运行稳定性强。
[Abstract]:A large number of pollutants are released into the atmosphere every day, among which volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are an important pollution component, which has become a bottleneck problem in the treatment of air pollution. Toluene, one of the representative compounds of volatile organic compounds, can damage the skin, blood and various nervous systems. With the development of industry and urban transportation, the emission of toluene is increasing, so it is urgent to develop an efficient method of toluene purification. In this experiment, attapulgite clay, sawdust and manganese ore powder were used as fillers to purify and remove toluene, and the preparation of manganese oxide porous ceramsite and the start-up of biofiltration tower were studied.
