川南城际铁路内自泸线生态风险评价研究

【摘要】:根据国家发改委《中长期铁路网规划2016》,我国高速铁路在未来十年仍将处于建设的高峰期。高速铁路施工建设给沿线带来巨大的生态风险,如不及时采取有效措施,将给沿线生态环境带来不可逆转的影响。目前,我国对采用哪些指标、何种数学模型计算高速铁路生态风险等级的研究不多,因此有必要对高速铁路生态风险评价展开更深入的研究,这对促进铁路沿线生态环境与人类社会协调发展具有重要意义。新建川南城际铁路内自泸线作为成渝经济圈的重要交通通道,其建设期生态风险方面还需要更详细的研究。本文为了实现对该项目的生态风险评价,结合生态风险评价和区域生态风险评价理论开展了以下研究工作:(1)利用PSR(压力—状态—响应)模型引入高速铁路生态风险评价指标体系框架,应用该框架指导完成了高速铁路生态风险评价指标体系的构建。包括风险度指数、脆弱度指数、风险管理指数3个一级指标,滑坡风险、土地环境风险、水环境风险等10个二级指标。该指标体系能够高效反映铁路建设造成生态风险的所有重要信息。(2)结合上述指标体系,利用灰色多层次评价法建立了高速铁路生态风险评价量化模型。该模型不仅能够将专家经验给予量化,还能解决高速铁路生态风险评价中数据缺乏的问题。(3)分析了川南城际铁路内自泸线建设期的生态风险源和风险受体,对上述指标体系和量化模型进行了优化,建立了针对川南城际铁路内自泸线的指标体系和量化模型,并计算出该铁路建设期生态风险等级值为3.8841,表明川南城际铁路内自泸线建设期生态风险处于低风险和预警之间,需要重点关注滑坡、水土流失、景观破碎化等风险。本文完成了预期的川南城际铁路内自泸线生态风险评价目标,建立的高速铁路生态风险评价指标体系和量化模型具有一定的实用性,为其它高速铁路建设以及沿线生态环境保护提供了参考。
[Abstract]:According to the National Development and Reform Commission's medium and long term Railway Network Plan 2016, China's high-speed railway will still be in the peak period of construction in the next ten years. The construction of high-speed railway brings huge ecological risks along the line. If effective measures are not taken in time, the ecological environment along the line will be irreversibly affected. At present, there are few studies on which indexes and mathematical models to calculate ecological risk of high-speed railway in China, so it is necessary to carry out more in-depth research on ecological risk assessment of high-speed railway. It is of great significance to promote the coordinated development of ecological environment and human society along the railway line. As the important traffic passage of Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle, the new inter-city railway line in south Sichuan needs more detailed study on ecological risk during the construction period. In order to realize the ecological risk assessment of the project, Combined with ecological risk assessment and regional ecological risk assessment theory, the following research work has been carried out: (1) using PSR (pressure-state-response) model to introduce the framework of ecological risk assessment index system of high-speed railway; The ecological risk evaluation index system of high-speed railway is constructed under the guidance of this framework. Including risk index, vulnerability index, risk management index, three primary indicators, landslide risk, land environmental risk, water environmental risk and other 10 secondary indicators. The index system can efficiently reflect all the important information of ecological risk caused by railway construction. (2) combined with the above index system, a quantitative model of ecological risk assessment for high-speed railway is established by using the grey multi-level evaluation method. The model can not only quantify the experience of experts, but also solve the problem of lack of data in ecological risk assessment of high-speed railway. (3) the ecological risk sources and risk receptors during the construction period of the inter-city railway in southern Sichuan are analyzed. The index system and quantification model are optimized, and the index system and quantification model are established for the inter-city railway in the south of Sichuan province. The ecological risk grade of the railway during the construction period is 3.8841, which indicates that the ecological risk is between the low risk and the early warning during the construction period of the inter-city railway in southern Sichuan, and the risk of landslide, soil erosion and landscape fragmentation should be paid more attention to. In this paper, the expected ecological risk evaluation objectives of the inter-city railway in southern Sichuan are achieved. The ecological risk evaluation index system and the quantitative model of the high-speed railway are practical. It provides reference for other high-speed railway construction and ecological environment protection along the line.
