水力空化联合二氧化氯降解甲基橙研究

【摘要】:甲基橙是一种具有代表性的偶氮染料,对生态环境危害大,难以运用传统方法将其降解,而水力空化与二氧化氯联合作用可有效降解水溶液中甲基橙,是一种行之有效的新方法,对于偶氮染料废水的处理具有指导意义。论文研制了水力空化装置,以模拟甲基橙废水为处理对象,研究了水力空化、二氧化氯分别单独处理甲基橙溶液以及水力空化联合二氧化氯处理甲基橙溶液的影响因素,对比分析了三种方法处理甲基橙的降解效果,并分析了水力空化联合二氧化氯降解甲基橙的紫外-可见光谱图,初步探究了该反应的动力学规律。本论文主要研究成果如下:(1)在温度40℃,入口压力0.4MPa,空化发生器为多孔板7(β=0.0684,交错布孔)时,水力空化降解甲基橙的效果最好为13.5%;二氧化氯单独降解甲基橙时,较优温度范围为30℃~35℃,甲基橙降解率随着运行时间的延长和二氧化氯浓度(2mg/L~10mg/L)的增加而增加;在温度35℃,入口压力0.4MPa,二氧化氯浓度为8mg/L,选用多孔板7(β=0.0684,交错布孔)时,水力空化联合二氧化氯降解甲基橙的效果最好为82.8%。(2)水力空化联合二氧化氯能有效的降解甲基橙,其降解效果是单独水力空化作用(甲基橙降解率13.5%)的6倍,是单独二氧化氯作用(甲基橙降解率38.6%)的2倍多。(3)水力空化联合二氧化氯降解甲基橙的紫外-可见光谱图变化表明,水力空化联合二氧化氯可以降解甲基橙。(4)水力空化与二氧化氯联合降解甲基橙的反应符合一级动力学规律,其表现速率常数为0.45×10-3 s-1,半衰期为26min。
[Abstract]:Methyl orange is a representative azo dye, which is very harmful to the ecological environment. It is difficult to degrade methyl orange in aqueous solution by traditional methods, and the combination of hydraulic cavitation and chlorine dioxide can effectively degrade methyl orange in aqueous solution. It is a new and effective method for the treatment of azo dye wastewater. In this paper, a hydraulic cavitation device was developed. The hydraulic cavitation, chlorine dioxide and hydraulic cavitation combined with chlorine dioxide were used to treat methyl orange solution separately and the influencing factors of hydraulic cavitation combined with chlorine dioxide treatment for methyl orange solution were studied. The degradation efficiency of methyl orange treated by three methods was compared and analyzed. The UV-Vis spectra of degradation of methyl orange by hydraulic cavitation combined with chlorine dioxide were analyzed, and the kinetic law of the reaction was preliminarily explored.
