高氟废水除氟新技术研究

【摘要】:随着工业的发展,含氟废水的排放量增多,给环境带来更多的危害。含氟废水的处理普遍应用化学沉淀法,但其存在大量沉淀污泥含水率高、处理处置困难、难以回收利用的不足。本论文提出用改性钙盐除氟剂诱导结晶法去除高氟废水中的氟,该方法以改性钙盐为除氟剂,CaF2为晶种诱导结晶除氟,解决了污泥量大、污泥含水率高、不能回收利用的问题。本文对模拟含氟废水、高氟废水做了除氟研究。研究除氟的具体工艺条件,确定适宜的工艺条件为:温度25℃、时间60min、pH值4.0~9.0、残余钙量300mg/L、晶种加入量为6~10g/L。考察了在模拟含氟废水中共存杂质离子对改性钙盐除氟剂诱导结晶法除氟的影响。结果表明,Mg2+、S042-和P043-极大地影响除氟深度,随着溶液中含Mg2+浓度、SO42-浓度和P043胃浓度的增加,残余氟浓度上升;溶液中的Cl-和SiF62-对除氟影响较小。本文对某企业提供的高氟废水开展了除氟研究,结果显示,废水中氟从769.76mg/L稳定降低到10mg/L以下,达到排放标准。除氟渣可以作为晶种再循环利用到除氟过程中,同时除氟渣的主要成分是氟化钙,含量达到95%以上,可作为产品出售。结果表明,应用改性钙盐除氟剂诱导结晶技术可以脱除高氟废水中氟。相比于其它除氟技术,该技术具有操作简单、流程较短、处理成本低、处理效果佳、可实现氟的资源化回收的特点,具备很好的工业应用前景。
[Abstract]:With the development of industry, the discharge of fluorine-containing wastewater increases, which brings more harm to the environment. Chemical precipitation is widely used in the treatment of fluorine-containing wastewater, but it is difficult to recover and reuse due to the high moisture content of a large amount of precipitated sludge. In this paper, the modified calcium salt defluorination agent induced crystallization method is proposed to remove fluorine from high fluorine wastewater. The method uses modified calcium salt as defluorine agent and CaF2 as crystal seed to induce defluorination, which solves the problems of large amount of sludge, high moisture content of sludge and no recovery and utilization. In this paper, the defluorination of simulated and high fluorine wastewater was studied. The specific technological conditions of defluorination were studied.
