电气石强化序批式生物膜反应器脱氮效能研究

【摘要】:比较了含电气石的新型陶粒生物膜载体和普通陶粒生物膜载体组成的电气石强化序批式生物膜反应器(SBBR)工艺和普通SBBR工艺的脱氮效能。结果表明,新型陶粒生物膜载体具有更好的吸附性能和生物亲和性。单周期分析表明,电气石强化SBBR工艺中氨氮浓度明显低于普通SBBR工艺,同步反硝化作用也强于普通SBBR工艺,表明电气石强化SBBR工艺的的脱氮效果优于普通SBBR工艺。90d的稳定运行进一步证明了电气石强化SBBR工艺的脱氮性能优于普通SBBR工艺,而且COD和总磷的去除效果也优于普通SBBR工艺。
[Abstract]:The denitrification efficiency of a new ceramic biofilm carrier containing tourmaline and a tourmaline enhanced sequencing batch biofilm reactor (SBBR) and a conventional SBBR process were compared. The results show that the new ceramic biofilm carrier has better adsorption performance and biological affinity. One-cycle analysis showed that the concentration of ammonia nitrogen in tourmaline reinforced SBBR process was significantly lower than that in ordinary SBBR process, and the simultaneous denitrification was also stronger than that in ordinary SBBR process. The results show that the denitrification effect of tourmaline enhanced SBBR process is better than that of ordinary SBBR process. 90d stable operation further proves that the denitrification performance of tourmaline reinforced SBBR process is better than that of ordinary SBBR process, and the removal efficiency of COD and total phosphorus is better than that of ordinary SBBR process.
