我国公民生态文明意识培育问题研究

【摘要】：我们国家在经济发展的同时,环境问题也开始凸显,很多地区出现了例如雾霾、沙尘暴、水土流失等现象,这些问题困扰着我们广大的群众,同时也对我们国家的发展造成了影响。环境问题已经成为我们发展中必须解决的问题,国家和政府对环境治理的投入也是巨大的。但是在公民的生态文明的意识方面的培育还是有所欠缺,所以使得治理环境的效果不尽如人意。所以为了加快生态文明的建设,就要考虑如何加强公民生态文明意识的培育。本文通过查阅文献、搜集资料,经过全面思考后,将文章分为四个部分。在文章的第一部分,对公民生态文明意识这一概念进行了概括性的陈述,首先阐释了生态文明、公民意识的内涵及其关系,为生态文明意识的讨论做出铺垫。然后探讨了生态文明意识的内涵以及培育的内容和目标,并总结培育的意义所在。第二部分回顾相关的理论基础,将马克思恩格斯、中国化的马克思主义和我国古代的相关思想分别进行了讨论。对各自关于生态文明意识的思想进行了简要的陈述,按照不同的分类方式进行归纳,例如古代思想是按儒、道、佛这种思想门派进行分类的。第三部分回顾了我国生态文明意识培育的发展阶段和每一个阶段的取得的成就,在根据现实情况总结出培育中存在的问题,并加以原因分析。第四章我个人通过搜集资料,总结出培育的原则,并针对第三部分提到的问题,提出相应的解决对策。
[Abstract]:While our country is developing its economy, environmental problems are also beginning to protrude. In many areas, such as haze, sandstorms, soil erosion and so on, these problems haunt our broad masses. At the same time, it also has an impact on the development of our country. The environmental problem has become the problem that must be solved in our development, and the government's investment in environmental governance is also huge. However, the cultivation of citizen's ecological civilization consciousness is still deficient, so the effect of environmental governance is not satisfactory. Therefore, in order to speed up the construction of ecological civilization, we should consider how to strengthen the cultivation of citizen's ecological civilization consciousness. The article is divided into four parts by consulting literature and collecting data. In the first part of the article, the concept of citizen's ecological civilization consciousness is stated in a general way. Firstly, the connotation and relationship of ecological civilization and citizen's consciousness are explained, which lays the groundwork for the discussion of ecological civilization consciousness. Then it discusses the connotation of ecological civilization consciousness, the content and goal of cultivation, and summarizes the significance of cultivation. The second part reviews the relevant theoretical basis and discusses Marx and Engels, Sinicized Marxism and ancient Chinese thought respectively. This paper makes a brief statement of their thoughts on the consciousness of ecological civilization and induces them according to different classification methods. For example, ancient thoughts are classified according to Confucianism, Taoism and Buddhism. The third part reviews the development stage and the achievement of each stage of the cultivation of ecological civilization consciousness in our country, sums up the problems existing in the cultivation according to the actual situation, and analyzes the reasons. In the fourth chapter, I summarize the principles of cultivation through collecting data, and put forward the corresponding solutions to the problems mentioned in the third part.
