细菌对城市污水中斜生栅藻生长与产脂的影响

【摘要】:研究并分析了EM菌和LAS菌对斜生栅藻(Scenedesmus obliquus)生长和油脂积累的促进作用.结果表明:添加上述2种细菌对城市污水中斜生栅藻的干重和油脂产量有显著的促进作用,其油脂产量分别提高了36.2%和21.5%.通过对生成的脂肪酸甲酯进行气相色谱分析,结果显示EM菌的添加提升了斜生栅藻单不饱和脂肪酸的含量,有利于提升所得生物柴油的质量.培养结束后污水的菌群结构分析显示投加细菌会增加污水中菌群的丰富度和多样性,且相比于对照组,加菌后的试验组中?-Proteobacteria、?-Proteobacteria丰度有所提高,而拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes)丰度有所降低.
[Abstract]:The effects of EM and LAS on the growth and oil accumulation of (Scenedesmus obliquus) were studied and analyzed. The results showed that the addition of the two bacteria could significantly promote the dry weight and oil yield of S. obliquus in municipal sewage, and the oil yield increased by 36.2% and 21.5%, respectively. The gas chromatographic analysis of the fatty acid methyl ester showed that the addition of EM bacteria increased the content of monounsaturated fatty acids and improved the quality of biodiesel. The microflora structure analysis of sewage after culture showed that adding bacteria could increase the richness and diversity of bacteria in sewage, and compared with the control group, the abundance of (Bacteroidetes) in the experimental group increased and the (Bacteroidetes) abundance of Bacteroid decreased.
