氯酚类污染物的性质、危害及其检测方法研究进展

【摘要】:氯酚类化合物(CPs)是典型的环境持久性污染物,已被列入美国环保局和我国环保局优先控制污染物黑名单。0.1μg/L甚至更低量级的CPs便能引起实验动物的生物效应,干扰生物体中内源性激素的分泌,低剂量效应与超痕量检测技术研究已成为该类环境持久性污染物研究的一个重要方向。本文就CPs的性质、危害与检测技术的研究进展作一简要综述,并对该领域的研究动态进行展望。
[Abstract]:Chlorophenol compound (CPs) is a typical environmental persistent pollutant, which has been listed as a priority pollutant blacklist by USEPA and EPA in China. 0.1 渭 g / L or lower CPs can cause biological effects in laboratory animals. It has become an important research direction to interfere with the secretion of endogenous hormones, low-dose effect and ultra-trace detection techniques in the study of this kind of environmental persistent pollutants. In this paper, the properties, hazards and detection technology of CPs are briefly reviewed, and the research trends in this field are prospected.
