基于西门子S7-300PLC的Fenton污水处理系统设计与研究

【摘要】:污水处理作为环境保护的重要一环,在全世界范围内都受到广泛的重视,各国对污水处理的研究从未间断,不断的研究使得污水处理的方法在不断地改进,污水处理的效率在不断地提升,污水处理的相关研究是当今时代的重要课题。污水处理技术发展至今,主要包括物理处理、生物处理、化学处理三大类,每类处理中又包含有若干方法。在进行污水处理时,不同的处理方法针对不同的处理对象。随着人民生活水平的日益提高,人们对于生活环境的质量要求也越来越高,为了满足人们日益提高的需求,广西某公司也加强了对于污水处理设备系统的研究开发。一套合格的污水处理系统,运行必须足够稳定,同时还要尽可能减少其消耗的人力、物力资源,且拥有自处理故障的能力,以及最重要的一点,最后排放的废水必须达到国家标准。本课题是为了满足某工厂的300003m工业废水处理要求而研究设计的,采用西门子S7-300系列PLC作为下位机,并通过以太网的通信连接,对工控设备进行监控的工业污水处理自控系统。本系统有一下特点:1.本系统通过控制投加泵的频率达到对加药流量的控制,进而实现Fenton处理。2.本系统采用PID控制,可以通过自调节稳定地与设定的加药量、液面值等参数保持一致,实现恒值控制。3.本系统通过软件编译实现了备用切换功能,在某些工控设备出现问题时,为保持系统的正常运行,本系统会自动切换成备用设备进行工作。4.本系统为消除液面波动对控制系统操作的影响,进行了防波动设计。5.本系统通过WINCC进行软件组态,实现了设备组态,数据库、监控画面组态,历史数据记录,远程控制整个系统运行,很好地实现人机交互。此系统中,Fenton处理是一个十分关键的处理过程,在文章中将会进行详细的技术介绍。

The efficiency of sewage treatment is improving continuously, and the research of sewage treatment is an important subject in the present era. Sewage treatment technology has been developed up to now, mainly including physical treatment, biological treatment, chemical treatment, each kind of treatment includes a number of methods. In the process of sewage treatment, different treatment methods are aimed at different treatment objects. With the improvement of people's living standard, the quality of living environment is becoming higher and higher. In order to meet the increasing demand of people, a company in Guangxi has also strengthened the research and development of sewage treatment equipment system. A qualified sewerage system must be stable enough to operate, while minimizing the human and material resources it consumes, as well as having the ability to self-process failures, and most importantly, The final discharge of wastewater must meet national standards. This project is designed to meet the requirement of 300003m industrial wastewater treatment in a factory. Siemens S7-300 series PLC is used as the lower computer, and the communication is connected by Ethernet. Industrial sewage treatment automatic control system which monitors industrial control equipment. This system has the following characteristics: 1. By controlling the frequency of the dosing pump, the system achieves the control of the dosing flow rate, and then realizes the Fenton processing. 2. The system is controlled by PID, and the constant value can be controlled by self-adjusting and keeping consistent with the parameters such as dosage and liquid face value. In order to keep the normal operation of the system, the system will automatically switch to the standby equipment to work when some industrial control equipment has problems. 4. In order to eliminate the influence of liquid level fluctuation on the operation of the control system, the anti-fluctuation design of the system is carried out. The system realizes the configuration of equipment, database, monitor picture, historical data record, remote control of the whole system, and realizes the man-machine interaction well through the software configuration of WINCC. In this system, Fenton processing is a very key processing process, which will be introduced in detail in this article.
