水煤浆气化炉协同处置煤液化残渣的PAHs排放特征

【摘要】:采用现场工程试验方法对德士古水煤浆气化炉协同处置煤液化残渣(CLR)过程中多环芳烃(PAHs)的排放特征及环境风险进行了系统研究,通过对空白工况(不混磨CLR制浆)和协同处置工况(混磨15%CLR制浆)下,气化炉内温度、压力与合成气组分变化及所有排放节点固态液态气态排放物中16种PAHs含量及毒性当量浓度分析,评估CLR协同处置过程中PAHs的环境风险及该技术的可行性.结果表明:德士古水煤浆气化炉协同处置15%液化残渣过程对气化炉自身产气量及压力无显著影响,炉内温度升高5~11℃,对H2和CO的产生具有促进作用;协同处置过程造成部分气态排放产物和液态排放物中PAHs含量增加,但增幅很小,且毒性当量浓度也远低于标准限值,新增环境风险很小;协同处置过程使固态排放产物中PAHs含量显著增加,但总毒性当量浓度依然较低,固态产物中PAHs的排放风险在可接受的范围内.
[Abstract]:In this paper, the emission characteristics and environmental risk of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) (PAHs) in Texaco coal water slurry gasifier (Texaco coal slurry gasifier) in the process of coal liquefaction residue (CLR) disposal are studied systematically by using field engineering test method. The temperature of gasifier under blank condition (unmixed mill CLR pulping) and synergistic disposal condition (mixed-mill 15%CLR pulping) was studied. The changes of pressure and composition of syngas and the analysis of 16 kinds of PAHs content and toxic equivalent concentration in the solid liquid gaseous emissions of all emission nodes were carried out to evaluate the environmental risk of PAHs in the process of co-disposal of CLR and the feasibility of the technology. The results show that the combined treatment of 15% liquefied residue by Texaco coal water slurry gasifier has no significant effect on the gas production and pressure of the gasifier, and the temperature in the gasifier is increased by 5 ~ 11 鈩,
