土壤有机质测定条件的筛选与优化

【摘要】：用重铬酸钾容量法测定有机质时,试验条件直接影响结果的准确性。本文选取试验时间、催化剂的使用和试验温度3个条件进行试验条件的优化。结果表明,采用硫酸—硫酸银消解体系,温度控制在170~180℃,反应时间控制在(5.0±0.5)min,测定标准样品结果合格。
