低溶解氧环境下全程硝化活性污泥的特性

【摘要】:为了了解低溶解氧下硝化活性污泥的特性以及相关微生物的种群结构,以人工配水模拟实际生活污水,在SBR反应器中,培养驯化低溶解氧硝化活性污泥,溶解氧浓度为0.3~0.5mg/L,成功驯化后检测其种群数量及结构并对其进行影响因素的分析.结果表明,低氧驯化的硝化活性污泥最适温度为25℃,最适pH值为8.5;在pH值为7.5,温度为20℃,溶解氧在0.5~4mg/L的条件下,比氨氧化速率和比亚硝氧化速率基本保持在0.3和0.6mg N/(mg MLSS×d)左右.通过高通量测序,低氧驯化的硝化反应器中主要亚硝酸氧化微生物为Nitrospira菌属,占总菌属的33%;主要氨氧化微生物为Nitrosomonas菌属,占总菌属的7%.
